Never trust this company!

0 customer service. This is a dropshipping website. Your product is just ordered from China. Save yourself some hassle and money, just find it yourself on temu etc. Avoid this company unless you have money to waste and put into their pockets.

I ordered a lovely fridge magnet from this company. They messaged me and emailed me straight away after I made an error with my order, which they quickly noticed. The lady who supported me was called Vicky from the company. She was amazing and I feel went above and beyond to help me out. Honestly highly recommend this product too, looks beautiful. So easy to order. 😍

Ich habe eine Custom 3D Action Figur…

Ich habe eine Custom 3D Action Figur bestellt und erwartet, zumindest ansatzweise das zu bekommen, was beworben wurde. Stattdessen habe ich einen billigen Schlüsselanhänger mit einem Papieraufdruck erhalten. Von einer 3D-Figur kann hier absolut keine Rede sein.

Die Qualität ist extrem schlecht – das Gesicht ist kaum zu erkennen, Details fehlen komplett und das Produkt wirkt wie ein billiges Massenprodukt. Für über 20 € inklusive Versand ist das eine absolute Frechheit.

Das Produkt hat nichts mit der Beschreibung oder den Bildern zu tun. Für mich ist das irreführend und grenzt an Betrug.
Ich kann niemandem empfehlen, hier zu bestellen.

Masquerading as a UK company when in fact the goods come from China. I paid £10 for "express" 4 day delivery which clearly was never achievable for personalised goods coming from China. Opened a case with Paypal and awaiting a refund as my sister's birthday has now been and gone and I had to purchase something else last minute! Wouldn't use again...

Das geht bestimmt besser


Es wurde versprochen, dass der Artikel vor Weihnachten ankommt. Das wurde nicht eingehalten. Ich hatte eine Wärmflasche bestellt, personalisiert, billige Qualität. Schlechtes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.

Happy surprise in the end

I was scared since I read a lot of reviews which were both good and bad. The Giftlab team did their best to deliver in a timely manner. Unfortunately the Irish post is made of a bunch of incompetent but customer support of GiftLab was so helpful, responsive and nice the entire time! The Pixbox I purchased was nicely packaged and is good quality. It has the engraving and pictures I provided and it works well. Got the version with the light but without music and the light also works fine. Quite happy overall! I will definitely order another one for my relatives, it's a great souvenir after a big trip!
