The customer service is excellent, nothing feels like it’s too much trouble, even if I’ve asked for multiple amendments to designs, they always handle it with patience and politeness! I will definitely be ordering again with them in the future!

The product itself is fantastic. It’s really high quality and the likeness to my dog is spot on. The hoodie feels well made and looks exactly as hoped.

However, delivery took around two weeks longer than expected. When I contacted them via email, it was immediately marked as “shipped” (within an hour of my query), but it wasn’t actually collected by a courier for another five days. Communication wasn’t great and they wouldn’t clearly confirm whether the item had been picked up or not.

It’s a real shame because it arrived too late for a birthday present, but I can’t fault the actual product at all. Great item, just let down by delivery and customer communication.

Be careful when ordering with them. When I made my order to Switzerland it was clearly stated that all cost will be shown at checkout. I paid for everything including transport and duties.
After well over a month and me trying to contact them where order was, I finally received a notification that it was ready to ship (no personal reply). Soon after I received and e-mail from the shipper wanting to collect duties (CHF 5.89) again PLUS "Handling Fees" of CHF 13.76. This is on top of the already paid shipping fees.
I find it utterly unacceptable that they sell a product with an inclusive price and then want to collect more money once everything is paid. This constitutes to over 23% of the original purchase price on top!
This issue is still unresolved and despite numerous tries to contact them, they never answered.
I would never order from this shop again. You're better off ordering for less money from China.

I ordered a jumper for my bestie with her cats on, and there was a glitch in the system when I placed it, which meant I couldn’t see the previews, but it was fixed with one email to the company. I had also made a spelling mistake and they were happy to change it then too! The jumper came really quickly before Christmas and the recipient adores it.

Worst experience of my life, after 2 months I still didn't receive my package, but I got fully charged and the company blamed it on the shipping provider without taking responsibilities. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

A really great product, so happy with the design and the whole process. Highly recommended.
