The bed I received from Dreams is very comfortable, but it wasn’t the one I was looking at in the store at Farnborough. Looking back to when I bought my bed, I don’t think the salesman was actually listening to what I was saying. Personally I think he was more concerned with trying to make me laugh, but not really taking into account what it was that I was saying. I wanted a bed with no headboard because the headboard wouldn’t fit along the wall in my room, we even discussed it with him and looked at smaller detachable headboards. The bed that I actually received had a built in headboard with the bed frame, which is not what I wanted. I’ve managed to make arrangements at home so I can keep the bed rather than have the hassle of changing the bed and having to wait another 3 weeks for another one. Also I noticed he wasn’t asking for details, like what colour I wanted the bed frame, and I had to check with him. Also the printer wasn’t working in store so I needed to have my invoice emailed to me, which is fine but he didn’t even ask me for my email address until I had pointed it out that he hadn’t. I wrote it down for him but he didn’t put in down in the system as I didn’t receive my invoice, I had to ring customer service to get it sent to me. Customer services were friendly and helpful, as were the delivery men. So part of Dreams services were great but the salesman was quite disappointing.
