Very disappointed with return process
Very disappointed with return process. Cannot be harder. Write the email, wait for the answer for more than week, send the item and pay postal fee by yourself. Send the email with the tracking No. Now I'm waiting for the refund longer that 1 month. Now one replied me on 2 emails. The pair of trousers costs over 60 euros, not the cheapest stuff.

Very Happy with Product Quality, Size and Shipping
I ordered for the first time and although I checked the reviews I was not sure. I ordered the 2 pice Fuzzluxe Pants set and I just received the item and I am very pleased. Its looks just like the photo shown on their site. It fits well - I am a size 8-10 M petite and it fits perfet except I am a bit round in my midsection so, its a little bit snug there...overall happy with the fit. The fabric is really nice, its soft, warm and thick and appears breathable (I havnt worn it yet). I ordered the color morganite and I love the color more like a wheat color. I think the beige and gray should be really nice too... tempted to place another order. They are true to their shipping time (standard US 9-12 days) I placed the ordered on 1/31 and received it on 2/10. There are frequent updates re status of order. Overall 5 Star.

My order never arrived and they never…
My order never arrived and they never refunded or reshipped. Losing my packages was an issue with USPS but OGLmove did not make it right. I’m still out $500 on a Nov. 2025 order. There has been no reply by email and there is no phone number for customer service. Very frustrating.

I’m truly sorry for the worry and frustration this situation has caused, and I completely understand how upsetting this must be, especially after placing a larger order with us.
I’ve carefully reviewed our previous emails and saw that our team had offered to resend your items. However, we were waiting to confirm a new shipping address and unfortunately never heard back. Our courier has also let us know that they were unable to locate the building at the original address provided.

Great quality, sustainable clothing that is warm, soft, and flattering. I keep coming back for more. The availability of petite sizing is especially helpful. I’m 5’2”, 150 lbs, and wear a size medium in all pieces.

Zudem dauert die Abwicklung der Retoure zu lange. Das hält mich von weiteren Käufen ab. Schade. Daher nur 4 Sterne.

Ich kann gut nachvollziehen, dass Rücksendekosten in Höhe von 10,27 € für eine einzelne Hose als hoch empfunden werden. Leider werden diese Kosten vom Versanddienstleister festgelegt und liegen nicht direkt in unserer Hand – dennoch verstehen wir Ihren Ärger vollkommen.

I ordered the Light Blue Cold Shoulder top . I was delighted as it arrived within a few days unfortunately, I ordered the wrong size. I love the colour and the fabric . I contacted OGL who got back to me the next day. They have allowed me to keep the top, they are going to send me a larger size all I paid was for postage. What a Great Company To Deal With - THANK YOU WINNIE 👍🏼

Customer service is 5 ⭐️
A shipping error (not OGL’s fault) caused a delay and then one part of my order was missing. The customer service was perfect, offering to cancel and remake my order and keeping tabs on what was going on. This is the second time I’ve dealt with really great service from them regarding an issue (first was my fault ordering the wrong size).
I also really like the quality of the clothes and the descriptions matching what you get, no surprises.
