Sadly I had a terrible experience. Firts I paid for express shipping (1 to 2 weeks) and waited over a for the watch to arrive, they promised to refund the extra shipping cost but never did.

Second, the watch looks ok, but if you take it out of your hands and handle it to someone who owns a real Rolex will know right away that this is a replica (yes I said replica, not a clone) due to the bracelets inside looks and when you shake the machine it work and feels like a Chinese cheap watch, also the overall weight is not the same, I was very disappointed.

Now the worst part was that at the second day the watch felt off my wrist due to a lose bracelet screw,that ended up being of low quality, this is unacceptable.

I reach them through WhatsApp and they read my messages and ghosted me, they read my messages but refused to return my extra express shipping and also accept my request to return the watch or partial refund.

My advice is that stay away from these Chinese companies, if you accept what they send you, then everything is okay, but if you have any issues you're are dome. This replicas should not exceed $200 at the most.

Lovely watch, looks just as good as the original. Service was perfect, Jerry was very helpful even after delivery.

Almost a five star however, it took a long time to arrive, so long that they offered me a different model they had "in stock". Date does not show properly and stem is very erratic and not smooth. The luminosity treatment is poor, my 5 year old Seiko is many times better. The band latch broke the first day and there started another delay in getting the watch able to wear. Also, there are no parts available for these they said, I would have bought at least another latch assembly to have on hand and another style band. Nice finish, final checks and details not so good.

This place is a scam it's been two week since I made my order still haven't got a tracking number there email looks fake I have sent about 5 emails no response what's so ever you try to go to there web page there is nothing there little do they know I'm a lawyer and I have contacted the BBB and I will be shutting them down if I don't hear from them in the next few days

Ich habe hier schon einige Uhren bestellt und wurde immer bestens beraten! Sowohl Tom wie auch Jerry sind immer erreichbar und versuchen jede Uhr so schnell wie möglich zu bekommen! Die Uhren sind wunderschön und kaum vom Original zu unterscheiden. Die negativen Bewertungen hier kann ich nicht nachvollziehen und kann mir durchaus vorstellen, dass diese von der Konkurrenz stammen. Ich haben hier nur positive Erfahrungen gesammelt und werde mit Sicherheit noch einige Uhren bestellen.

It took me 41 days to get the wrong watch from Hong Kong to Oregon USA.They sent me the wrong watch. They won’t exchange or refund.
The watch they sent me was an absolute piece of garbage and now they’re telling me to pound sand.

I bought a Rolex 5 months. It stopped working at the end of the 4th month. Clean Factory refuses to fix it or exchange it. The crown is frozen and will not wind. My automatic winder does not help either.

Crummy product. There is no valid warranty.

From the moment I placed my order, communication was excellent. Even though he's on the other side of the world, Jerry was very thorough from payment to inspection and shipment, communicating every step of the way. You even get photos and videos of your exact watch before they send it to you.

As far as the quality of the watch...wow. I tried on the exact model (126610LN) at Rolex before placing my order--felt the real thing, took pictures, etc. When I put on my watch from Clean Factory, it felt the exact same. Almost every detail is on point. At a glance, the watch appears authentic. At close inspection, it still appears and feels authentic. The only person who will ever know is you.

I am very interested in owning Swiss-made Rolex, but I'm taking this perfectly executed super clone for a test-drive first. This watch is so good, I honestly don't know that I'll ever justify dropping $10K+ on an authentic watch.

A submariner my second purchase from cleanfactoryus Is excellent. Good company with good communications. Only problem I had was that I couldn’t log in as a returning customer even after they sent me a new password twice I gave up in the end but the purchase went through ok.

The watch is a lie. It is not a "clone". It looks nice but the movement inside is a cheap ETA not the 3255 that it should be.I put a 3255 movement in the watch. I had to get new hands and stem, the ETA parts are not compatible. A new case back, the one on the watch had a disk of metal pressed into it for weight preventing tje 3255 from fitting. Now I have as close to a clone as I can get. Expensive though!

The packaging was simple and unobtrusive. There was a watch inside, but my neighbor didn't know it. That's good.

Paid $730.00 dollars a month ago. Still have not received my watch. Nobody will reach out to me. Terrible experience

I've ordered a watch for my boyfriend. Everything looks fine at first. Contact was fast and clear.
After a week, they send me the pictures and video to show me the watch. Looks great! Just 2 hours (!) later, I got a message saying that their paypal account was frozen and that I have to make a case on paypal to get my money back. I didn't pay with paypal, I used my creditcard... So now I'm waiting, and waiting and waiting for my creditcardcompany to get the money back.
I will never order here again and definitely don't recommend this company!

This is 100% a scam. You will not get your watch. Positive reviews are fake. "Jerry" is a scammer.

The quality of their watches is superb.
They communicate periodically to tell about the progress of the lrder.
Finally they send clear photos and short videos of the watches prior to shipping.

Notice that the 5 Star reviews are all ONE review person, gloating over this seller….more than just Suspect….fooled me though, I saw all these great reviews and bought…..Ordering, shipping, and qc pics went well, until watch arrived.....
Ordered a GMTII Pepsi, while it looked good, it would not keep running no matter how many windings or wrist time... just stop and then start again if picked up.. then suddenly stop. No power reserve.
Spent 8 days back and forth with vendor on WhatsApp, each time new person answered, poor communication. I agreed to a new case being sent, never confirmed, I then told them I would file a claim with Paypal....nothing. So next day I file a claim and then they beg to retract claim abd they refund....
Back and forthwe go...in the end I sent watch back and PayPal full refund. These vendors are the most expensive and sent me older version of the Pepsi. You can find verified vendors on RWI forum for $200 less same watch. First rep buy, bad experience!
