DO NOT BUY A DYED RUG from these people.

We purchased a red sheepskin rug to go with our brand new £800 mid-grey carpet after seeing the advert on Ebay. The rug is shown on their advert and website on a light beige carpet looking great. Obviously a suggestion by them of how it might be used. We now have a grey and red carpet. It has litterally dyed our new carpet. It is ruined.
Their response is that, it is my problem because their website says, if you scroll down far enough, "Every effort has been taken to ensure that the backing on this product is colourfast. However, some migration may occur in wear or in wet conditions particularly when used on a lighter material." My brand new wooden floor with a brand new carpet in my centrally heated room is not damp. The rug has never been walked on. If it is colourfast, how come the colour comes off on my fingers when handleing it. I am dumbstruck by their response and attitude towards their customers.

After reviewing all correspondence, it’s worth noting that the customer initially complained about delivery timeframes while also confirming “I'm not the only person that does not read adds from top to bottom.” However we must make clear that it is a basic expectation the consumers read the product description prior to purchase. The description clearly outlined delivery times and explains that this is a natural, dyed sheepskin product where dye transfer may occur, particularly when used on light-coloured materials.

This information was also provided on a dye-transfer warning label physically attached to the rug, which the customer has acknowledged was present and then proceeded to ignore.

Had the customer taken a moment to ask about suitability before use, we would have advised that the rug is most likely not suitable for placement on a newly fitted, light-coloured carpet. Instead, the warnings were disregarded and responsibility is now being redirected towards us.

This is not a fault, misdescription, or quality issue. All relevant information was clearly provided in advance. Choosing not to read the description, ignoring a warning label, and then blaming the product does not make it defective.

The watch is a lie as is the company.

The watch is a lie. It is not a "clone". It looks nice but the movement inside is a cheap ETA not the 3255 that it should be.I put a 3255 movement in the watch. I had to get new hands and stem, the ETA parts are not compatible. A new case back, the one on the watch had a disk of metal pressed into it for weight preventing tje 3255 from fitting. Now I have as close to a clone as I can get. Expensive though!

3255 movement? No - cheap ETA2834 (rubbish)

The watch, day/date president, looks good. It's not quite heavy enough but not far off. In order to get that weight they have pressed a disk of steel into the case back. As a result a 3255 movement will not fit into the modified case so they have used an old ETA 2834, much smaller and cheaper. The claims of high quality precision craftsmanship are rubbish. The truth is it is a poor immitation, the only saving grace being the dial, which is correct. That is what makes the watch convincing. I dare anyone who has bought one of thes watches to take the back off and have a look, compare what you see with the genuine movement. I'm afraid you will be dissapointed. It is in no way a "clone". They've spent all their time and money on the website (I doubt if there is a word of truth on that site) . I would suggest that you don't believe a word you read on their site or that the rep you speak to (mine called himself jerry) tells you. However, if you are willing to risk your money, you might end up with a nice looking watch which might work, maybe not for long though. Don't be thinking you'll be getting any warranty worth the paper it isn't printed on though. I couldn't put up with knowing I was wearing a good looking piece of rubbish so bought a nice 3255 movement, new hands and stem because the ETA parts aren't compatible with the 3255, and a new back. Ended up with a really nice watch but had to build it myself. Expensive experience!

The WORST customer service I have EVER come across!

Short version - £488 for transitions lenses. they never clear, always tinted. Impossible to contact online opticians. I'll try my bank, failing that, small claims court. Don't get yourself in this position.


I ordered a reglaze, paid nearly £500, sent in my frames and then heard nothing. For two weeks I repeatedly phoned (they don't answer, you have to leave a message and hope they call you back) with no reply. I repeatedly emailed with no reply. I have never been so frustrated and powerless and annoyed with a company ever!
Eventually they called me - very sorry, couldn't have what I had ordered for some reason I didn't understand, so a new order was agreed on and a promise of a discount for all my time and trouble with a dodgy excuse as to why they had blanked me for 2 weeks.
2 weeks later my glasses came - with an invoice for the original order. I have had no discount, no invoice for the new agreed order and I doubt very much that they have supplied what was agreed on.
Again, they are blanking my emails, totally ignoring me and I can, seemingly, do nothing about it.
I don't believe this is a company, it's a one man band with a flash website and he thinks he can treat customers as he likes.
Steer clear at all costs!
After seeing this review they sent me an email saying they thought I was lying when I said "I doubt very much that they have supplied what was agreed on" and including the advice "I would suggest that you edit your review"
So I will.
My frames cost over £200 and the reglaze cost £488. They were supposed to be transitions that darken outside and become completely clear indoors. They do not. They are always tinted, never clear, which is why, together with the abcence of an invoice, I still doubt what lenses they have supplied . There is nothing I can do about it as they refuse to respond. I ordered these on 28/02/25. It took untill 03/04/25, after failng to produce the original order, to take a new order. After 2 1/2 months it's still not sorted. I can only repeat - Steer clear at all costs!

This has been the most frustrating, annoying, comical, pathetic online purchase I have ever been involved in. The above quotes are taken from their last email to me in response to me telling them I intended to dispute my payment to them with the bank. I did this as a last attempt to get an ammended invoice from them for the lenses they say they provided. Why they were so determined not to provide an invoice I can not imagine. They have finally provided it. That's that.
I suspect I may not go back to them for my next pair of glasses. what do you think?
