I'm sorry but it's really bad quality…
I'm sorry but it's really bad quality sweater, the texture looks like it is just sprayed on very soft and low quality material. For this price I would never buy it if I saw it live. I'm actually truly disappointed because I was really looking forward to have this Shining carpet design sweater, but it's not worth wearing it among people outside, It'd be embarrassing actually because it's very easy to see the very low quality.

I love your product
I love your product, everything was fine. However I can give only 4 star because of your delivery partner. The customer care of DPD is horrible, it's not the first time I had to "fight" for my package and they leave their customers so vulnerable and careless. Although I know that's not your mistake. I recommend GLS or ANY other company instead or just please consider it because every time I see DPD as a delivery partner it makes me think twice to order at all (and I'm not alone with my experience). All in all finally I got my clothes and I adore them!

Quite on a whim I ordered three t-shirts whose messages I felt would make anyone smile when they saw me wearing them. The shirts did not disappoint! More importantly, they are well-made, thick and soft fabric, and they wash/dry beautifully.

Not the quality I was hoping for
The experience of purchasing was fine, but I was really disappointed in the end result. The bright sweater I bought is merely a printed design on a white textile that will surely fade over time. Not the quality item I had anticipated. The tshirt had a great design, but unfortunately its in such a hard plastic htv that it will not breathe well, so my husband will not wear it often. Unfortunately I don't think I will be ordering again.

The photos are lies
Ordered 3 jumpers and 2 cardigans in early December. They arrived today (mid February). I tried to contact customer services several times in December and January and got no response until finally someone responded a few weeks ago and said my order was lost in transit and they would resend it. Well I wish I’d never bothered. What has arrived is really poor quality fabric. Everything looks super cheap and is all made of polyester. The photos on the website make them look like they are a nice chunky weave knitted cardigan but it’s actually a very thin fleece material with a printed “knit” design on it. For approx £30 each I wasn’t expecting perfection but I expected more than this? I feel like I’ve been scammed.

The quality of the product is quite low and size selections could be more versatile and size inclusive
The quality of the product is quite low, with the button on the pajama medival set that I had bought easily coming undone. The fabric is still wuite soft and breathable but the pattern on the cuffs of the sleeves do not line up correctly, with one side being correct and the other barely showing the cuff pattern shown on the rims of the rest of the garment. The user experience of the website was well done and easy to navigate, although I wish there was an option to select a different sized tops from the bottoms in a clothing set as I had to choose a large due to only one measurement, resulting in one half being much larger than what is needed.
