Good customer service

I will say the cardigan is lovely,soft and printed lovely. I agree with others when they say it's a thin wear cardigan.
Unfortunately for the tops I ordered ,there had been an issue with the printing.However on contacting this company via their WhatsApp and sending videos ,they've been brilliant in resolving my issues and have issued a decent refund as well as a discount for my next purchase. Thank you Leo for you help and support. Good customer service means a lot and has definitely earned the extra two stars.

Temu Qualität

Da die Motive so toll sind habe ich mich dazu entschieden 3 Sweatshirts zu bestellen. Mit Rabatt 84 statt 90€!! Ich traute meinen Augen kaum. Von wegen kuschelig. Ein Alptraum! Aus dem Stoff kann man vielleicht Pitzlappen machen, aber mehr nicht. Super dünn und steif, die Nähte kratzen ohne Ende. Als "Lösung" wurden mir 15% Nachlass angeboten. Rücksendung natürlich nur ungetragen und in original Verpackung, daher musste ich mich wohl darauf einlassen. Bei Temu hätte ich für 3 Shirts in der Qualität vielleicht 8€ bezahlt. Absolute Frechheit und in meinen Augen Scam pur!

Everything was perfect

I ordered a few T-Shirts and a Cardigan. Everthing fits perfectly and I love the designs. Also the assistance (Leo) was really helpful and very kind. I would totally order again!

Its temu quality without the temu price…

Its temu quality without the temu price tag! Website is American but they are making/shipping from China..... prints are cute... just a shame about the actually items aren't suitable:( will also add.... the ""hoodies"' are paper thin... and are like a rain jacket.... with strangle long arms..... thankfully paid PayPal so will get my money back and they can have their item returned to them ( 3 stars just because the idea/ patterns are so there!)

Sadly not worth the money

I love the designs but unfortunately the pieces are not worth the money. One of them had some green material sewn into the seam at the wrists, which now hangs out strangely in some places. The other part is printed and the print immediately peeled off in some places when washed gently for the first time.

Great experience

Great experience. When I ordered I clicked the wrong colour not realising until I made the order. I messaged on Facebook asking if I could get the colour changed and there where no issues, colour got changed. Delivery was great too, considering I live in the UK. I absolutely love my cardigan, great quality and so soft! I can't wait to wear it. Thank you! And thank you to Sabrina who helped over messenger.

I NEVER received my package.

Dear PurpleHecate,

I am writing to you regarding order no. PH30818, which your services indicate as having been delivered on January 2, 2026.

However, I would like to inform you that I NEVER received this package.

Furthermore, the delivery location was closed on that day. The property owner has confirmed that no delivery took place and that the regular delivery driver stated that he did not make any delivery on January 2, 2026.

It is therefore impossible that this delivery was carried out as indicated.

I kindly ask you to open an investigation with the carrier and to offer me, as soon as possible, either a replacement shipment or a full refund.

Customer service decent, quality was low

Update: Customer service was ok, they ultimately made things right tho!

I emailed support with the order #, description of issue and photos. They responded with a blanket email requesting details of issue and photos… that I had just sent. They then offered 30% refund stating their policy was for customers to return the item but because shipping to China would cost more than the item they would let me keep it and do a partial refund. They maintained the quality of the item was good.
I said I’d take the 30% but couldn’t leave a good review, as their policy was crappy when it was not disclosed anywhere on the website that the item would be shipping from China. I didn’t know it was from China, until I received shipping confirmation days after I had paid.

They reviewed the photos I sent again and this time apologized for the quality, and for not being transparent about the location of the item. I was issued a full refund!

Original Post: Shipping was longer than expected (like a week not a day or two) and the quality of the sweater was so very bad. The sweater wasn’t black and white yarn, it was black printed on crap polyester. It was thrown out.

Edit: Contacted support as Company requested, will update as they respond.

Great designs and fit, slower shipping.

I love so many of the designs of their cardigans but it's always a gamble buying online with a new brand. I took my measurements and ordered a 5x and it's perfect (I like my tops a looser fit). I usually wear a 4x in women's tops. The material is lighterweight than a sweater but it's much more substantial than jersey. I would def order again. Shipping does take a while--I think perhaps 3 weeks for me? But I ordered in Dec so perhaps they were backed up for the holidays. Something to keep in mind.

Die Lieferzeit ist sehr lang und das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt überhaupt nicht. Bestellt und bezahlt habe ich ein Sweatshirt. Bekommen habe ich ein dünnes,langärmliges T-shirt. Wollte eigentlich noch mehr bestellen,da mir die Motive sehr gefallen. Jedoch ist die Qualität so mies,dass ich den Warenkorb wieder lösche.

Trash and not fun like a trash panda.

I ordered 2 pieces- a cardigan and a cropped fuzzy sweater- and both are extremely disappointing. The designs are printed on, which means the pieces are not dyed all the way through the fabric and white parts show in dyed areas where the color doesn't even get all the way through where it should. This also means that the colors shown on the site are not accurate because they aren't saturated as pictured- so, for example, the black and white sweater is gray-ish and white.
The cardigan design is also noticeably misaligned from one side to the other.
When requesting a refund (meeting all refund requirements as listed on the site), they keep trying to get me to keep the items for a discount and note that shipping them back wouldn't be cost effective (while also never giving me an address to ship back to).
It feels like their strategy is to sell overpriced items, then negotiate the "real" price they could sell it for when people are upset.
Just make a better product that meets the quality of the price it's being sold for or price your items for less and be more transparent about what you're selling. It's not that difficult to not be gross and sketchy.
*Edit to add my order number- PH31446
**One more edit- the company keeps telling people to reply even though that's not an option and they never actually followed up when I edited to add my order number or filled in the information trustpilot asked me for in order for the company to find my info. If I could give them 0 stars I would and I hardly ever actually review anything. I wouldn't be surprised if they are also stealing their designs from someone/somewhere else.
