I had a problem in the middle of the night the chat bot cold not answer - within a very short space of time I was contacted by a human who solved that problem and came back to me on other topics I needed help with in the morning in simple language that I [non tech] could understand. This is not the first time that Humanitix has been so helpful to me.

Daisy also whipped up a video walkthrough on package tickets, which was very helpful! 👍Then Daisy called me to ensure all was set up properly - and sent related links for me to follow up on - all while we were both on challenging timeframes! Wow!! I got a bit confused when buying some tickets and ended up accidentally buying two pairs of tickets rather than the one pair that I wanted. I emailed Humanitix about this, asking for help. I was promptly sent a refund. The refund itself is great but I was also impressed with the speed of their response. Well done Humanitix.

I ordered 4 tickets for a gig which was cancelled due to insufficient ticket sales. I have repeatedly requested refunds on the website but I just get an email with a link to request a refund so end up going round in circles. There does not appear to be any other means of contacting them. I feel as if I have been scammed.

I have used Humanitix for several events and have always found their website to be user friendly and intuitive. At the end of the event, the payout has been prompt and efficient. Whenever I have had issues (e.g. I needed to change the number of tickets available), the chatline has responded quickly and very helpfully. Just recently there was a tiny issue when I needed to make a change to the title of my published/unpublished/republished event, but when I chatted to someone, the issue was resolved immediately and with no fuss. I was so happy with the responsiveness of the staff member!

We have just started using Humanitix and couldn't be happier or more impressed with the platform and the service. As someone who finds anything 'tech' related challenging, Humanitix is intuitive and straight forward to use. The outcome (event pages) look contemporary, professional and easy to read and navigate for the user.
In addition the support and 'help' has been brilliant - super quick response times, the 15 minute appointments you can make to ask questions, seek clarification are super helpful, so as a first time user we have felt supported every step of the way.
