Absolute rubbish products that did not perform anywhere near the standard I expected, so much so I reinstalled my old wiper blades.

Then looking at the return policy
“Credits will be issued in the form of store credit or gift voucher and will be equal to the price paid”. Plus original packaging, at my cost. What else would I ever need to buy from a wiper company?

Under Australian Consumer Law goods must be of acceptable quality and fit for purpose. These wipers are not, which means I am entitled to choose:
• a refund, or
• a replacement, or
• compensation for any loss

Also, where can you provide a review of this product on their webpage? I see lots of great reviews but where can I put a review - not obvious

Okay. I messed up. I was googling "uniwiper" and clicked on these guys by accident. Didn't even realize it wasn't the official site until after I'd paid. I thought, "Alright, let's see what they've got."

Big mistake.

First, it took a full 14 days to get to me in Adelaide. Then I saw the tracking—it shipped straight from China. That was my first "oh no" moment.

When the wipers arrived, my heart sank. They were laughably flimsy, no branding whatsoever, and just looked... cheap. Like they were pulled right off a factory floor and thrown in a bag. I didn't even trust them enough to try installing them.

I tried reaching out to customer service for a refund, but it was like talking to a wall. Absolutely useless.

In the end, I just cut my losses and ordered from the real Uniwiper company. Night and day difference. Got them quickly, they were perfect, problem solved.

So, learn from my blunder: double-check that URL. Save yourself the time, money, and headache.

Not sure if they have the knowledge of all cars, would be reluctant to buy anything for a MG car.
The rear wiper fitment is not of the correct shape causing the wiper only to clear half of the window(I will need to grind it to fit), the front ones is streaking, was asked the question from HQ if the windscreen was clean, isn’t it the purpose of of having wipers, to clear and clean the screen, maybe not clean the screen??
Might have got a lemon, online shopping for you.

The delivery was quick , the product works very well and they were super easy to fit . I’m very happy with this product.

Hey these are my second pair of wipers from this company. The rubber blades don't seem to dry out like my cars original. Been a few years but just bought a new set 2 front 1 back set for a better price. Highly recommend these as your go too wipers.

Sent me wrong wiper blades, it had the wrong attachment. Asked me to send heaps of photos and evidence to back up my claim. One photo was not enough! Asked for a refund and got one in the end.

Cheapest price I could find on the internet. website made it easy to find what I was looking for. fast delivery. the product was easy to put on and fits perfectly

Do your self all a FAVOUR. Keep away from this company.

After sending the wrong wiper blades & the poor quality of. I am made to jump hoops to get the right items & or a credit to my account. I advised them the first day they arrived.

Got quoted 2 to 5 business days from Australia. Took 14 out of China

The goods received were nothing like the correct ones as per their website photo.

The ones sent collide with each other when wiper is in motion. They are too long. They are held on with 2 wiper metal clips which are flimsy & loose. There is no backing support as there should be, I have sent photos showing the originals. I have also seen local & other on line suppliers & the ones sent are wrong.

I have sent them more photos and details 4 times. Now they demand a video of how they have been fitted. I have 50 plus years in mechanicals & to insult my intelligence on how to fit a wiper blade is insult.

I have sent many emails & all I get is how frustrating it must be & their team are looking into it. To add insult unless now I send a video of their incorrect product they are doing nothing.

They have taken my hard earn monies. Well done not. Has scam written all over it

Simple treat customers as customers . This will be the 3rd RPC company this year that has not given service

This is a legit complaint. I am not a troll or a BOT

Unfortunately unless resolved asap. I will refer it to the state consumer affairs dept.

Still haven't received my wipers...after 17 Days

Really happy with my exp with wiper pro. I received my order within a week, sometimes in the hills of ACT things can take a lot longer. James was very helpful with assistant with the installation (which was actually fairly easy in the end i was just being a doofus!

Excellent service from ordering to being sent and with instructions if needed with links to YouTube to show anyone how. These are much better than the original window wipers and I will be letting all my friends know. Excellent service thank you 🙏🏻

It’s been a full week and still waiting for my wiper blades. I emailed them and just got a ye sorry mate but deal with it response. Dnt waste your money with these muppets like I did

Absolute rubbish. Ordered blades for Forn Transit Custom on 22nd August. Arrived direct from China in generic packaging and no branding. Naturally coming from overseas these arrived much later (weeks late) than the 5-7 days as stated on the order confirmation email. To be fair they were well wrapped but that was the only positive comment I have. 5 weeks in from install and the first bit of rain and these blades are permanently dragging on the windscreen. Not all blades are the same and avoid these. I’ve used WIPERTECH in the past and the product was excellent, Aussie stocked, branded packaging and good customer service. My mistake unfortunately was confusing WIPERPRO for WIPERTECH but I won’t be doing that again.

Followed the simple instructions, installed in no time at all , working well with no streaking, now have a clear screen, will definitely buy again
