Your customer service exceeded expectations within your Artwork online chat rep, Billy. He went beyond the call of duty by editing my PDF slightly to align with my requirements and Instant-Print so i didn't lose my border on the A6 flyer I designed. Instant Print secured my business, while the competitor I contacted first still hasn't responded. I know where I am coming when i re-order!

Millie is a hero
The best decision this company has made is employing staff like Millie. I was struggling with an order for 8000 flyers and couldn't quite get to grips with the bleed area and printing formats etc. and even though it is not down to her in the slightest, Millie took remedial actions for me and rescued me. Who knew creating a flyer could be so stressful but Millie made all that go away! I am now a customer for life

Excellent and quick customer service, I was sadly missing something from my order but the online chat service made it quick and easy to raise my issue and get it corrected almost immediately- thank you to Becky who was wonderful!

Thank you to Hannah and the office team
Hannah replied speedily to my email raising a concern about the print quality of some of the items in my order. She arranged a priority reprint of these items for me. Unfortunately the reprinted items were delayed by missing courier pickup deadline, but the office sent me a £15 discount code for my next order to make up for this.
The reprinted items were delivered on a Sunday five days after my email. Despite the delay I was still able to make my deadline.
Although this issue was annoying, I felt that Hannah and the office team responded well and resolved the problem very professionally and efficiently.
