VERY UPSETTING!
A lot of time and effort goes into putting photobooks together. I spent hours on my book, 100 odd pages and it's all gone. This isn't the first time this has happened. I am so upset and annoyed & don't quite understand why Vistaprint as a photo company, wouldn't have the relevant backup needed allowing customers to lose their projects. I have logged back on continuously (following previous advice that after 3 months photos are removed) and this has made zero difference. I am now trying to build up my patience levels again to redo my photobook. I will be looking at completing it elsewhere!

I am indebted to Vistaprint I was struggling with an AI aided wedding invitation design. AI suddenly slipped up and edits I'd asked for came back misspelled, the graphics had completely changed and the deadline for sending them out was looming. I paid the modest fee for Vistaprint's design service a wonderful man spent nearly an hour on the phone with me this morning going through the design and the invitations and envelopes are on their way to me. I could not be happier and thoroughly recommend Vistaprint

Easy to produce a great looking card
I looked at Printed and Vistaprint to design my business card. VistaPrint was the most flexible and easiest to design a decent card with a QR code. Negatives are that it doesn't include many of the popular fonts so couldn't find a match to the corporate branding. Free delivery was advertised on orders over £40 but it wasn't until right at the end of the order process that it states that is for 14 days delivery which felt a bit cheated. Delivery is actually £13 for 2 days and £7 for 6 days. Though I opted for the 2 days it stated half my order will arrive on the 6 day service but still charged the 2 day service. This left a bad taste and guessing Vista count on users being rushed and therefore will pay. If you have more time it's worth looking around.

Excellent customer service. Had a problem with my album. some pages had white borders whilst some had black. A free replacement album was provided with consistent borders.

Amazing Customer service
I made a mistake on my prints and called to see if Vistaprint could help me. I got through to Ahmed Ouni who redesigned my card and organised a replacement to be sent out. I can't thank him enough. Such amazing customer service. He even offered to help me with any future items I needed.

I ordered types of branded merchandise. Three of the four were perfect but I had an issue with the colour of the fourth. The way this was dealt with and replaced was exceptional and I am extremely grateful for their help and support of a small business.
