This is a follow on from my 1 star review in December! Still my children are without their CHRISTMAS PRESENTS! I’ve asked repeatedly for my money back but get given gift cards. Have tired to order other bits, using the gift cards EVERYTHING is out of stock although it doesn’t state this on their website. An absolute shambles of a company. Take your money for items that they can’t actually give you and then just send you gift cards! GIVE ME MY HUNDREDS OF POUNDS BACK! Then I can actually buy my children Christmas presents. Don’t bother saying email us because NO ONE ever replies! I’ve contacted you by email, instagram, Facebook……. The list is endless. Rip off company who steals money and never gives you the actual items!

The quality is unmatched and we love it

I was thrilled with the initial service from this company. Quick pre-Christmas delivery for a gift.
Unfortunately, although the Hoodie was a perfect fit, the joggers were too small. I paid to return the item and asked for an exchange for a larger size. I was emailed on 9/1 to say that they had received the item.
Having received no further information, I contacted the company, on the 25/1 to ask what the situation was and was told that the item was being processed and I would receive an email shortly.
The replacement finally arrived on 3/2, but unfortunately, they had sent the same size again.
I sent an email on the day the item arrived, explaining the position and asking for a refund and asking for the company to pay for the return of the second item. They replied promptly, asking for photos of damage/fault. I explained that the was no damage and sent photos of the labels to prove the size. Following this they asked what size I required, I replied to this on 7/2 and I am still waiting for a reply.
I am keen to get this resolved, as my daughter’s boyfriend has a hoodie but no joggers, nearly 7 weeks after I gifted them to him!
