I signed up for the 7-day free trial and canceled the subscription when I realized the service did not meet my needs. The subscription was marked as canceled.
However, the charge did not go through at the end of the trial due to insufficient funds and was automatically retried days later, once funds were added to my card. As a result, I was charged USD 99 for a service I was no longer using.
Customer support simply refers to their policy and refuses to issue a refund, offering only account credit, which is not useful if you do not plan to continue using the service.
What is especially concerning is that there is no option on the platform to remove a saved credit card, leaving users without proper control over their payment methods and exposed to potential future charges.
I recommend being very cautious with billing and payment settings before trying this service.
