If you are going to romford or you are from romford and you are looking for a barbershop, avoid Fade and Blades Romford. Worst place to give your trust to a barbershop, no experience, don't know how to do a skin fade on sides, no skin fades or fade to beard, if you have a nice hair and you want to have a top quality haircut and a nice beard trim or maintenance, AVOID Fade and Blades Romfors, I'll prefer when I step in and they saw my hair to tell me cus they don't know how to answer to my requests then to do such a messy thing, I was like a rat in the lab there, I had to pay and to go to my old barbershop to can fix my hair after this experience.
My experience was first class from start to finish. Cannot fault Cataract op at Spa Medica, Romford. Well done and to Surgeon Mr El-Karmonty. Thankyou all.
I would kindly like to highlight the eyebrow services kiosk located inside the super drug, Romford.
The services are amazing, especially Ammara, who has always been very welcoming and has great Customer service skills. I really appreciate her services!
Kind regards,
Sonia
If you are going near to Romford / Collier Row in your car, ESPECIALLY in Collier Row, then watch out for "HG1110", who is employed by this council as an "Enforcement scam Officer". This person deliberately waits until you walk away, after parking your car or van legally, and then quickly puts a PCN on your vehicle, even though other Wardens will tell you it is ok to park there. This happened to me a couple of weeks ago, even though other Wardens have told me it was perfectly OK to park there. I took numerous photo's of the road in question (Gelsthorpe Road, Collier Row) which clearly shows numerous vehicles parked for the entire length of that road, but Havering Council rejected my legitimate complaint. There are no Yellow Lines or other parking restrictions in the above road as proved by numerous photographs but this conniving Council and it's employees don't give a toss because each ticket they issue is automatically doubled ( if you don't pay it when they say) and apparently, they never cancel a PCN in that road because it makes them so much money and they always make sure they let any appeal run until the time limit nearly expires and there is no time left, which also means they are doubling the amount if your appeal fails, which it quite obviously will. I have numerous photo's of where my vehicle was legally parked but they just ignore them. If you can use other areas to go shopping, etc you would be well advised to do it to avoid these scammers. Apparently, the above person is known for doing the above and deliberately connives to issue more PCN's. What a terrible thing to do to innocent people. The shops in Collier Row will no longer be getting our custom as I will be going elsewhere away from there.
After you have already paid to park at the brewery in Romford (about £3.50) they now go around and check if you are perfectly parked. This works for habitual abusers of spaces. However, I always use the end bay and hang over because I got a dent in my door from the car park next to me. So I block nobody and there is ample room (3 lanes) on the side I slightly overhang.
I have no choice but to pay as my car is leased. This is why I try and look after it. So what is my complaint:
Your bays are too small. You can’t have SUV’s and vans in these bays and open the doors.
Who will pay for my dent?
You could have kicked off with a warning note left on the wiper. I use 4-5 days a week and pay a fortune to park here. Go get the people that sit in the disabled or family parking and the taxi pick up.
When you have done that sort out the moped and scooter drivers racing around and paying nothing.
I will take this further with the Havering MP and Sainsbury’s as I believe they are stakeholders here.
Romford was a great town but is like all big towns dying But we have some great places to eat Poppins cafe great staff good reasonably price food Krispy Kreame great place to meet and have a coffee Bow Bells cafe great home made food If more people support their local town more shops would survive
Matalan romford..total shambles..staff arguing in front of customers and shelf stock left on the floor..customers having to scan items themselves..wont be going again.
I have just purchased a Polk sound bar from Richer sounds Romford .It’s not the top of the range by a long shot but I was showed and demonstrated it in store .The salesman never prompted me to go for a dearer sound bar just as well because I am over the moon with my purchase. Thanks again Richer sounds excellent.
Absolutley awful experience at Cosmos Romford. Ruined family birthday. Food was extremely disappointing (reduced menu during weekdays THEY DO NOT STATE THIS ON THEIR WEBSITE WHEN BOOKING SO DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY) Also staff including managers Ivan and Dipesh are rude and racially discriminitive. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
I visited the Crosscutter shop in Queens Hospital Romford, the aisle are so narrow that if you stop to browse people push past an also when I went in there at 12.30 pm they were stacking the shelves and fridge doors open out so blocking the aisles even more and people push by making difficult to move, I think there should be a sign outside telling customers that it’s not suitable for electric scooters. And Crosscutters building out into the restaurant next door?!? Anyway my visit there was stressful and mad me angry?
I know nothing will be done for the benefit of disabled people on scooters visiting this little shop! Maybe someone with some power can look into it? And extending the shop will make customer access easier?
Thank you to Tariq and Ollie for sorting the work out on my Renault Captur.
I have ordered services from romford. Veery ethical business in the uk and worldwide. Excellent customer service
