I'm very pleased with the customer service of Space Artsy. My order wasn't fully what I expected and after a decent explanation from the team and the discussion we had, we came to a solution. I'm a happy girl and happy with my lamps. They are beautiful. Thanks to S. and her great following up!

I ordered on 22nd November in time for a Xmas present and despite numerous emails chasing (there is no contact number to speak to them) I still haven't received my order on 22nd January

Their customer service is non existent! On the rare occasions that they bother to respond they always say they are "awaiting an update" which never comes

I placed an order on 17.12.2025, but nothing has arrived to this day. In the emails, they only politely respond that my case is being reviewed, but unfortunately there has been no progress. Do not fall for it under any circumstances.

I have ordered the lamp 16.12.2025.

No notification from them or carrier for the shipping number. Got an email that package was waiting for me and that I did not pick it up and it will be send back to them.... didnt get any notification from carrier nor the PIN to open at delivery point.

They said that they send the package again, gave me the old tracking number... this is a big scam.

Today its 14.01 don't have the lamp don't have the money.

Dont buy from them this is a scam.
And they are not answering emails.

I should have looked at the reviews. But they are hiding reviews on their page... and only showing good review... this is BS company.

The products are NOTHING as advertised. These are CHEAP chinese knockoffs that are meant to take as much money as they can on your first order. They are charging you a premium price for an ADVERTISED premium product. They will send you garbage, horribly cheap looking light, and when you want to return it, they simply wont respond or send obviously templated responses that dont pertain to your message.

This is frankly a scam, and they want you to spend as much money as possible on your first order by offering discounts, the scam you out of as much as they can the first order around.

Avoid this company like the plague, easily the worst company ive EVER ordered from in my life.

A few days ago, I received an in store credit equal to $5. This has got to be a joke. It’s laughable. Still have not had a response to any of my multiple emails. If you want to literally take your money and throw it in the garbage then go ahead and place an order here.

Ordered a lamp beginning of December. I’ve never ordered from them before so I was a little skeptical.package didn’t arrive on Christmas. Not a big deal. The carrier they used is GOFO. I was in contact with them for weeks due to my address being “undeliverable”, meanwhile I saw other GoFo packages scattered in the mail room and throughout my apartment complex. It was denied not once, but twice. Eventually when I called they told me that since I haven’t had an update in 5 days, it’s deemed lost and to contact ~~spaceartsy~~ for a refund. I’ve heard nothing from them since. This is theft. And I can see now why they don’t list a phone number on their website.

The communication, shipping and customer service were outstanding. The quality of the product is amazing and of a high standard.
I recommend these as a great gift idea!

Ordered on the 15th of December for a christmas gift for my partner. Its now the 2nd of January and the tracking information has vanished. Requests of refunds are pushed back and you're told that the item will come. Very poor service, can imagine lots of people have been let down over the holidays due to this shocking service. Avoid at all costs.

Such a wonderful experience. The beautiful light arrived quickly, in safe padded packaging. Opening it up was part of the whole pleasure. Snuggled in a custom soft shell, the box itself is gorgeous & feels luxurious & high quality.
The lamp is beautifully made & just lovely. It was a gift for my son & he was blown away by it too.

I placed an order on 2nd Dec. The website tracker stated it was shipped on the 8th Dec. I have still not received it (22nd December) and, after chasing this company for any sort of update, got given a tracking number over a week ago. It was with Yodel. I contacted them as I assumed the parcel was stuck with them but was told they hadnt even received the parcel yet. I understand Christmas is busy but there should be no reason they havnt even received the parcel that was supposedly dispatched on the 8th. Not only that but the lack of communication has been appalling, if it werent for some other positive reviews Id be thinking id got scammed. I even responded to their most recent email asking to put forward a complaint and explaining why e.t.c only to be met with a generic response copy of the *same* email about the tracking number they had initially sent me - word for word. This shows they arent even reading the queries and the responses are just automated. So unhappy with this purchase and company

I ordered goods. Was not given a delivery day so I emailed. Was then told it had been delivered the night before. The courier they used is Evri. Some parcels were delivered at a different entrance. Mine was not there so I queried company. They ignored me completely. I reported to Evri on their digital support. I am still waiting for update. I suggest you don’t order from Space Artsy as they don’t care and use Evri which has a very bad reputation. They just dump your parcel anywhere

Gets a cool feel across - the light is soft but eye-catching. It looks better on my shelf than I expected. Everything arrived safely and shipping took about a week, which is fine.

Such a cool look - it feels like a sunrise captured in glass. The packaging was lovely too, and it sits nicely on my shelf. Just wish it had a dimmer or touch control!

Love this galaxy cube! The colours and sparkle look even better up close, and the packaging was great. It's a beautiful little piece for my room.

I recently purchased the Touch Lamp, and I couldn't be happier! The product is absolutely beautiful, exactly as described, and of great quality.

Although there was a small issue with the initial shipment, the customer service team was incredibly helpful and responsive throughout the process. They promptly resolved the situation and ensured I received my order.

I truly appreciate their professionalism and dedication to customer satisfaction. Highly recommended!

I'd recommend avoiding this company completely. They make out that they have a shop in London when they're actually based in HK. Delivery took ages and the item was horribly cheap when it did finally arrive. They've used so much editing on the website to make the products look amazing. In reality they are more like a Temu product, cheap plastic-y feeling and the bulbs themselves just very underwhelming given the price.

Communication with the company was quite frustrating too. I'd email asking for return information and get an email back a few days later with frankly just weird responses that had nothing to do with what I was querying in the first place. After a few emails I finally got them to provide me with their return address/info, but I still had to contact them a few times after the return had been delivered to them to get my refund. I had a photo proof of postage of my return to them by Royal Mail and they still tried to play the 'we haven't received your return' card. The image in the return was not their fake shop either, it was a strange warehouse in Birmingham, I guess for shipping back to HK, who knows. All emails were from a 'Sarah Burton' who I've seen referenced in a few other reviews.

In summary, it all felt like a bit of a dodgy scam selling a rubbish product for an inflated price, fibbing about location of company and making it difficult to receive and return the item. Absolutely not worth the hassle.

Great Service, wonderful lamp and the quality is Perfect.

Timeless Collection :- Absolutely beautiful colours and details. Look great on and really fit in my style. My particular favourite is the Galaxy Cube, beautiful purple hues and sparkles. Who doesn't like a sparkle. Nice size with choice of dimmable brightness. Came very well packaged and arrived 2 days earlier than Royal Mail estimated. I did contact Space Artsy as I wasn't sure of time scale off production and delivery. Emailed me very prompt and very detailed of stage my product's were at as well as postage estimate. Very polite and friendly. It all added up to a very positive shopping experience. Thank You so much guy's, I love my lamp cubes.
