Misaligned dowel holes - order: RX11994.

- unfortunately I cannot construct my toddlers first bed due to the dowel holes being drilled in the wrong place. Incredibly frustrating. I reported the issue on 6th Feb 2026 - there is no phone line to contact which means there is no way of urgent resolutions. After several emails back and forth we are still awaiting confirmation that the correct part has been sent out to us. We spent over £700 on this bed and accompanying mattress and the level and speed of service is simply unacceptable and does not match what I expect when paying such a lot of money. Exasperated now!

I was not comfortable with the on line ordering process as the size I specified did not seem to be inputted. I reached out using the contact us facility and was pleased to get a quick response from Alex. Not only did he explain why I couldn’t see the dimensions I had input (this might be worth sorting out first those choosing to order on line) but he also confirmed that the item I was interested in was made in the UK and finally after I had placed my order on a proforma invoice which he supplied, he could confirm my colour choices had been accounted for

Customer care service were very thoughtful and rectified an order error - great service.

I ordered a Toddler House Bed with under-bed drawers, and later also purchased a toddler tower. The quality of the products is excellent, sturdy, well designed, and looks lovely.

What really stood out, though, was the customer service. The team were incredibly supportive, caring and responsive throughout the entire process. Julie and especially Alex were amazing, they answered all my questions quickly, guided me through my options, and handled my colour exchange smoothly and without any hassle.

It’s rare these days to receive such personal, attentive service, and it made the whole experience stress-free and enjoyable. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Roomix to anyone looking for quality children’s furniture with genuinely excellent customer care.

We received our 2 in 1 learning tower a few days ago and our son absolutely loves it. Delivery was on time and the instructions were easy to follow. Great that there was minimal plastic packaging.

We’ve been using the tower both so that our son can stand with us while we’re in the kitchen as well as for meals and painting. Would highly recommend it!

Great quality for the price. We got the small toddler. Sturdily build, and our toddler is so happy with their new room and bed.

If I was gifted a time machine I'd travel back to stop the creation of the atomic bomb, Hitler, and myself ever deciding to purchase Roomix's Toddler Floor Bed. It arrived 10 days later than promised (despite me paying the additional fee for 3 week delivery) so my little girl spent the first nights in her new bedroom sleeping on a mattress on the floor. It arrived as so many tiny pieces of wood and was so tricky/time-consuming to build I'm pretty sure I'm a qualified carpenter now. But was it all worth it and it's a lovely bed, I hear you ask...? NO. It's in no way toddler-proof - it's about as durable as a snowball in hell. I had to add a metal bracket to the corner joint by the entrance as it was coming apart after just a few days. Avoid. Avoid. AVOID, I tell you!

I am reaching out here as I feel like I have tried every single other avenue and this is the only place I see the company respond.

We ordered a toddler bed weeks ago now. On December 20th we had an email it had been dispatched... to date the parcel hasn't even been handed over to Fed Ex so we have no idea when the parcel will actually arrive. We organised ourselves with the expected delivery date of 23rd Dec (as give by Fed Ex) then for nothing to arrive. I have emailed MULTIPLE times, contacted all their social media pages and have nothing back. I understand with the holiday period response times will be longer - but then they have been very regularly replying on here. So I would like to know when we are getting our bed?

I've only given four stars overall as I did experience a problem. However, the Customer Service experience does warrant five stars as they dealt with the problem to my complete satisfaction immediately and without any prevarication; which in this day and age is little short of a miracle.

Bedside table was immaculate- customised size was just what we needed in a tight corner. Beautifully finished. Responsive customer service, proper personal attention. Thank you

When researching toddler floor beds, there were so many Instagram accounts and websites to go through that it was really hard choosing the right one for us and our little one. I wanted something different that would add character to my daughter’s room, while also being reliable, safe, well-crafted, and easy to build.

I got all of this from Roomix. From the moment I placed the order, the customer service was excellent. The delivery wasn’t exactly on time, but we only waited an extra 2–3 days past the date we were given. The quality of the bed frame is amazing, and our daughter absolutely loves her new bed. The mattress that was recommended to come with it is also very comfortable.

We’re so happy with our purchase. It can sometimes feel daunting putting your trust in a company you find on Instagram, but this one definitely paid off.

Our little girl struggled with her cot and space, she moves about ALOT. This bed is perfect, so well made!

I managed to build it on my own with only a little help, it took about 2-3 hours, no rushing though.

We had brill service from the team too, the bad reviews will be far outweighed by getting the product and reviewing for yourself. This is a small business with big standards!

The quality of the beside tables are great so very happy overall .

Came back for a matching set of bedside tables, the team were so helpful in organising a custom colour, now they match my walls perfectly! Thank you for bearing with my indecisions 🫣

Terrible people, defective products. Bought a toddler floor bed for £630 and received a giant box of unfinished and un-sanded wood chops. After emailing them evidence, they confirmed that they made a mistake and the wood was unfinished, and that they will send me a "full replacement". Furthermore, they said that I can "bin or burn it" which I did. A few days later, they let me know that replacement will take another 3 weeks (on top of a already 2 week delay first time around, and every single response takes 1-2 days from them). This was too late for me, so I bought an alternative and asked for the full refund. Suddenly, they asked me to send back the bed in order to receive a full refund, and since I cannot, I can only get £110 out of the £630!! Disgusting way of doing business.

Ps: I raised this with Paypal's buyers protection programme and only then the owner Mxxx reached out, asking me to wire him back the £110 FIRST and cancelling the paypal resolution BEFORE issuing a full refund.

Poor delivery. Even worse communication. No contact number available making issues impossible to resolve quickly.

Response 1: I am disappointed with your response. Your response only highlights the final nail in a poor delivery and communication. There bed was expected to be delivered 2 weeks earlier and was in final stages of production for two weeks. You are welcome to ring me to discuss.

Respone 2: Thank you for amending your reply. The tone wasn't great when I was not at fault on the previous one. The bed actually is great. Its just a shame about everything around it.

We bought the Roomix Toddler bed for our first baby. It’s great! He loves it and we had a great customer experience. Would recommend
