I am indebted to Vistaprint I was struggling with an AI aided wedding invitation design. AI suddenly slipped up and edits I'd asked for came back misspelled, the graphics had completely changed and the deadline for sending them out was looming. I paid the modest fee for Vistaprint's design service a wonderful man spent nearly an hour on the phone with me this morning going through the design and the invitations and envelopes are on their way to me. I could not be happier and thoroughly recommend Vistaprint

Customer service with Nespresso is second to none it took me a while to fine tune my coffee taste but I have nailed it now and look forward to my subscription arriving. The latest one contains some lovely free gifts which was a great bonus

Along with others on not only site but from other reviews elsewhere I am deeply disappointed with my chrome shelving unit. I have tried countless times to put it together but every time the plastic shelf clips/sleeves come undone as a shelf is placed on top. I have sent photos but am being told that I will have to pay for return postage myself as it is not faulty!!!. This is not fair or right as the plastic clips are not fit for purpose. They do not fig snugly around the poles and many of them arrived broken. I really object to being called a liar basically. Some reviews on other sites report that they had to make adjustments to the shelves using their own DIY skills and additional parts. I have no DIY skills and in any case one shouldn't have to resort to doing this with a new product. I have left messages asking for someone from customer service to call but so far nothing. I was asked for a video to prove the product is faulty but I have packed it all away now and in any case have already sent photos of the resulting mess when I placed the first shelf on the poles. Could someone please contact me and do the right thing. I will go to the Trading Standards Office if necessary. UPDATE refund given, excellent customer service resumed

lovely accommodation at short notice and in peak season.

Every place has been different, but the common theme is the friendly wonderful people who work at these places. Particularly memorable was Monteverde, the most basic accommodation out of the 4 hotels but staff made me feel like family to to them. I also appreciated the locations for example, all have been away from the noisy main drag and Hermosa beach is glorious much nicer than Cocoa beach for my taste anyway.

I am now totally in love with Costa Rica and want to return.

Second holiday with Jet 2 and they didn't disappoint; fantastic customer service, lovely resort, one of the best holidays ever. The added bonus was being able to check in our suitcases at the hotel, which made travelling home so much less stressful.

The most luxurious comfortable bedding, it is so silky smooth. I sleep like a baby.

Good quality bed linen is very important to me. I placed my first order last week and I'm delighted with my duvet set which exceeded expectations. I have never felt anything so luxurious 😊 fantastic customer service as well thank you!

Rebecca has been incredibly helpful and assisted me starting my own company and with numerous queries.
