Quality at good price

The whole process of designing the business cards and ordering is very simple and flexible at the same time. The possibility of designing different on both sides makes it useful tool. Cards arrived before time and the quality is outstanding. Price for a good quality paper and full colour print is very low. Worth every penny.

Ridiculous delivery

Choose different delivery company. Change your policy regarding proof of delivery.
Even when I provided exact address, and three words directions, delivery couldn't find my house. Luckily they called me. Then the delivery guy insisted to make a photo of my purchase inside my house. This is clearly a breach of the privacy. Illegal. I signed the delivery. Isn't that enough? Then, the whole discussion about why you are asking for such a photo was a nonsense.
I am not sure if you deleted these photos anyway.
I will not come back to you, unless I see a change in your policy to benefit customers safety and privacy and that you choose a delivery company which can find a correct address.

Delivery was made on time

Delivery was made on time, however, even when I provided AIT with three words exact place of delivery, they went to the wrong street and to the wrong house. Also, I am curious, why do they have to make a photo of the parcel inside my house, not by the door? My house is my private space, so they should not take a photo of it.

Unfair charges

The process of getting the insurance was easy, but then Wiser said, they must charge me for the claims on my none fault claims. I am being charged for something I haven't done! Also, they are mixing two different cases, where the second driver claim is also added to the price, where the claim was none fault either.
The answer below just proves my point. Car parked outside my house was hit by the taxi driver. How it is increasing the risk? Thieves in my opinion!

Repaid in 10 years

Hard to tell anything about gas and power supplier. Gas and electricity are generally the same everywhere. The prices are what matters to us. Since we lost all the small companies, during one of Tory crisis, we all were put into the basket of a large and exensive companies. Octopus is no different here.
Now they are offering an installation of a heat pumps under the government grands. Government is giving £11000 for this to any houshold. The cost to me is £3600 starting price.
The overall initial cost of pump installation is £14600 by the calculation presented to me. It only can be higher if anything in my house needs additional work. This is a disgrace! For the house with 3 bedrooms and all ready? They are using government grand to make as much profit as you can. A Samsung 15kW Heat Pump with a 300L Cylinder and an installation kit costs £5750! Other elements as pipes should not exceed £200. Even when adding labour cost of £50 p/h and full two days of work, the cost added is £1600. All together makes less than £6000!!! Their profit is more than half of the price and that is only if my house is ready.
Now, I was told, I can save around £200 per year plus some money if I stop using gas at all (delivery charge). This could give me a saving of £350 a year. In this case, if everything goes smooth, I can have my investment repaid in 10 years! Joke, right?

The average cost of a new boiler and installation can be upwards of £3,500, and as we move away from gas, heat pumps are a great alternative to gas boilers, and the government schemes available can help with this. From the very beginning, the service was immaculate. Installation without any problems. Exactly where I needed it. Speed always top, never slower than promised. Cheaper than many other companies too.

Nightmare at Soubridge Merc.

I am not sure about other places, but the Stoubridge garage is the one I will avoid in the future.
I bought an approved used Mercedes E class. During test drive everything looked fine to me. I was promised that the car will be prepared withing a week and I was offerred some gifts from the Mercedes shop. What a thrilling feeling!
When came to pick up the car, after sorting out the payment, I was presented shortly what has been done to my car: interrior and exterrior of the car supposed to be treated with ceramic and leather protection, tank almost full, car clean and tidy.
Process of passing the car over was very simple: here are the keys and there is your car.
When I sat inside, I found that the boot switch in the door has been broken (it wasn't when I checked before), the silver trim in the centre console was damaged (this was new too). I asked for this to be checked. Sales person promised to sort it out.
When I drove off, I found that the seats werent correctly treated. Only partially, which is obvious when the surface has differen shades/finish. The treatment bag, which contains some sponges and first aid kit, had lots of empty bottles. What do I need empty bottles for? The steering wheel was shaking badly at higher speeds due to wheels not been balanced correctly (this has been sorted promptly by Worcester branch).
I called the sales person and he promised (again) to take care of it.
As if it comes to gifts, none were offered at the day of sale but I was told I will receive them by post.
Few weeks passed and nothing had happened. I tried to contact the sales person via email, but no response. When I called, and tried to speak to the manager, I was given his email address. He didn't respond as well.
I filled the complaint form online on the Lookers website. After two weeks, the sales person called me promissing he will sort things out immidiatelly. He promised again: gifts by post, treatment repeated, trim and switch replaced.
In the meantime I was informed, that the boot switch has been ordered by Worcester garage, but the trim has not, as the sales person didn't respond to Worcester reqests.
It is over a month now and I am still waiting for everything to be done.
I have never been treated as bad as by Lookers Staubridge. The car is fantastic, but Lookers has made everything possible to destroy all the pleasure of having a good car.
I hope the other garages aren't like this one.
I will never ever again consider buying anything from that company again.

Bad experience

The initial quotation was good. The year after went 33% up in price! I asked them to cancel renewal as soon as I got the letter. They didn't cancel it. They took the whole amount from my account. I called them to return my money. They did after few days with a charge for the time I was insured. I had two insurances!
They won't see my name for a long time now.
33% premium raise, when I have maximum NCB? It sounds like a bad joke to me.

Best buy for the money

Ordering of the mattress is easy and simple. Information on the website fully describes what you are buying. I used to sleep on the Memory Foam type, but OTTY is totally different league. Not too soft, but it is soft when you need it. Bear in mind, it is really tall. A month of sleeping and every night is a dream. Seriously.
One have to wait 48h for the smell to disappear, but it is not as bad as some might say.
Heavy. Really heavy. Two people necessary.
I don't think one can find better mattress in this price.
Waiting for 100 days to see if still happy with it.

Terrible customer service. No promises kept.

I bought parts to build a custom scooter on their website. Process of choosing correct parts is tricky and there is no help from the website to check if all parts fit each other. Buying scooter parts is not easy, as there are many elements to check. Not all information is easy to find and compare. Other websites offer a tool, which is checking combability of parts. To avoid troubles I tried to buy parts from one brand. Even with triple checking, I have made a mistake and ordered wrong clamp size.
The order went pretty smooth and Skates offered free grip tape with the purchase.
When box arrived, I noticed the grip tape in not there. I would buy one, if they didn't promise to include it with the purchase.
There are no instructions, booklets or any other information how to assembly parts and believe me, these aren't always standard ones.
When I found that clamp doesn't fit, I contacted Skate customer support. In the first place, they apologized for missing grip tape and offered swap of the clamp and sending all together. There was no information when will this happen, so I was expecting swap pretty quick, as scooter is useless without these parts. I sent wrong part immediately. After couple of days of no response, I contacted them again. They told me, that it will take 14 working days to resolve that issue. Also, they can send missing grip tape right away. It is another few days and I have no grip tape or the part.
Selling is fast, but customer service awful. I would avoid them if I was looking for another purchase. Other shops offer much better quality service from the start. Even assembly service.

After 16 days of returning the part: I had to write twice and prove that the part has been delivered to Skates to get a refund. Promised Grip Tape never arrived. Don't write to me about your service. There is none.

This is just perfect water for active…

This is just perfect water for active people. The whole my family started drinking it few months ago and the difference in our daily life is greatly noticeable. I won't be trying to fool you, by saying, this will work from the first bottle. Usually after work, exercise or just a hike we were feeling good, but now, it is like we don't want to stop. I started losing weight and that might be the most noticeable effect for everyone around! Not directly because of drinking water, but because I am moving more having energy revived quicker. In the family we did some trial on the person with fibromyalgia. The tiredness and pain levels went slightly down. Adding more time spent actively Kure water added a lot of positive side to the persons life.
I adore the new look of the bottle and label. Looks outstanding and is original.
I can recommend to anyone. Just remember, recycle the packaging.

Amazingly fast and solid

I bought a BMX Verde Cadet for my 6yo son. For I am not a professional biker I asked for fully assembled bike. It came in rather huuuuuge box, but measured exactly as the bike. What I needed to do is to attach pedals and straighten up handle bar. That's it. The only think I found which was a bit wrong, was the chain was too tight. Simple loosening of the screws and voila! Bicycle is stunning! Super strong. A bit oversized as for my son, but he will catch up :o)
The Bike came after two days!
People from the company were super professional and really helpful.
I asked them to install front brakes, so they did mentioning only, that these can be dangerous during stunts.
