I have searched the documentation and the archive and have not found how to plot data with error bars. Could someone please point me in the right direction. A short piece of code would be helpful -------------------------------- James B. To plot with errorbars under Gnuplot.py, you need either 3 (x,y,delta) or 4 (x,y,ylow, ymax) columns of data and then specify the "with='errorbars'" option: >>> import Gnuplot >>> g = Gnuplot.Gnuplot() >>> g('set xrange [0:5]') >>> g.plot(Gnuplot.Data([[1,2,0.1],[2,3,0.2], [3,4,0.3]], with='errorbars')) >>> g.plot(Gnuplot.Data([[1,2,1.5,2.2],[2,3,2.8,3.3], [3,4,3.2,4.7]], with='errorbars')) Hope that helps.
