Hi again, By looking at the temporary files that Gnuplot.py generates, I finally found out why I keep getting this warning. It is caused by the fact that there is two newline characters at the end of these temporary files. I removed one of the newlines and the warning was gone. To do this, simply comment out the last line in the function write_array in utils.py: - f.write(nest_suffix) + #f.write(nest_suffix) Hopefully, this will be fixed in the next release of Gnuploy.py.
