this might be truly the most niche reference I could ever make but the scene where van’s arm is out of her control felt so fucking real like sure my version was my smart drive randomly turning on in a board game cafe and almost flipping the table in front of me onto the people I was with and not strangling my good friend but the fear and frustration and anger and embarrassment that comes with not having control of the thing that’s supposed to be an extension of your body is so fucking real

I fear that the dimension 20 fan with a smart drive from a time frame that has since been recalled due to errors but hasn't got it replaced club is a club of one I don't really know how I'm supposed to get it replaced the place I bought it from sent a message at the beginning of the year saying that they'd get in touch but they have not in fact gotten in touch so I just have a smart drive that likes to drive on a whim and also turns off abruptly for no reason idk which of these issues is more problematic probably the one where I end up driving into tables but also sometimes I end up stuck in the middle of roads and that is also not good for people who don't know (most of the d20 fandom I assume) a smart drive is a power assist device for a manual wheelchair it's a lil motorised wheel that attaches to the back of the chair and makes you go zoom (it's pretty slow but still) anyway I really love the disability rep in cloho it makes me very happy van ily van chapman cloho cloudward ho cloudward ho! cloudward ho spoilers cloho spoilers dimension 20 dimension 20 cloudward ho! d20 the fact that I paid 5k for a tiny little wheel that turns on when it's not supposed to and off when it's not supposed to is fucking wild being disabled is so fun and interesting and cheap and fun

I don’t know how the fuck this happened but episode 3 wealwell is giving aelwyn abernant in some major ways and I don’t know how to feel about it

a completely unbiased and correct ranking of the gotch brothers’ names (in order of least to most funny to me)

blanewell - not unfunny (none of them are unfunny) but doesn’t tickle me quite as much as the others

samwell - I find the almost correct names in some ways funnier than the wacky ones but of the almost correct names samwell is the least funny to me

hatwell - buck wild I can’t believe he’s real

roywell - another almost correct name also big up middle child he doesn’t even have a wiki page this is heartbreaking

wealwell - the man the myth the legend so fucking funny we love our queasy fag and his goofy name

johnwell - idk what it is about johnwell specifically but it’s so close to being a name in a way that makes me come undone

maxwell - I literally cannot stop thinking about and laughing about how funny it is that the gotch brothers’ names end with being normal and start with being weird like I have so many questions - did they know maxwell was going to be the last and so could give him the normal name? are all of these names normal in canon? were they scrambling around for maxwell and it took them seven tries to remember? each option is wonderful and amazing and I truly cannot stop thinking about the gotch family naming conventions
