We recently had Dan Stone redecorate our flat.  Dan went out of his way to advise, understand, and ensure that our expectations were met.  He was incredibly hard working, considerate, and stayed on time and on budget.  Also had top notch communication skills, kept us fully informed, and was a genuinely lovely person.
