EFAW review
Sam was an amazing instructor, she explained everything thoroughly and effectively for myself. I am confident in knowing all of the material that was taught and would be comfortable implementing it into the workplace as well as life in general.
Was good to have a laugh as well, not everything has to be taught so seriously and I loved that from Sam, she made me feel really comfortable.
I wouldn’t hesitate to go again and I’d encourage others to look into a course with St John’s.
Thank you! :)
Great trainer.
I did the one day Emergency First Aid at Work with Donna. She was knowledgeable and engaging, and kept the day flowing well. Really well executed- thank you.
Free tea. :)
Informative and Helpful
I attended on 6th Feb 2026, and trained with Donna. She was excellent throughout the course, entertaining, hugely knowledgeable, very personable, and made the time fly by. I came out feeling so much better prepared to help other people, and whilst I hope I never have to use the skills I have learned, I'm so glad to have learned them. I genuinely believe that this type of course should be taught on the National Curriculum to all secondary age children.

Incredibly informative and easy to learn
Had a great time doing the 3 day first aid at work course. I’ve done a first aid course before but this one was exceptional. I found it difficult to digest the information in my last first aid course but Lisa was a wonderful instructor and made it fun and easy to learn. I would wholly recommend this to anyone looking to learn first aid for whatever reason.
