DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I don’t think they even exist anymore. I have been scammed. I have lost all files I created using their software and someone had changed the language on my OneDrive account and deleted my files. Everything was fine through 2024 from August but in 2025 it’s all gone. I am having to rest my whole MacBook to factory settings because of this company. TOTAL SCAM

It was a scam! I got the Software in September 2024 and it stopped working on 5 Feb 2024. Emailed the company, they replied but gave a link to reinstall the software but license still does not work.

Purchased the full office 2024 package in October 2024. Installed with no issues and was all working fine until today. Opened up today to message from Microsoft saying my license has now expired and the "2019" version is no longer supported yet I purchased and installed the 2024 version. AGM Software website no longer exists so no way to contact them. I bought with Amex and so are disputing the charge with them - I did not recieve the goods or services I paid for

Bought in good faith - not a major discount on software - activated - after 6 months reverted to preview expiring.

DO NOT BUY FROM AGM SOFTWARE. Like others I purchased what I thought was Microsoft office 2024 only to now not be able to make any changes or save. The website is now just a splash screen after paying $79!!

Yes looks like I was scammed as well. Just logged on to use word and cant use it, bought a 2024 version as per invoice but Microsoft say its a 2019 and no longer supported
AGM website links dont work?? as well.I guess they must have other business names they alternate with.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS VENDOR. Purchased Microsoft Office 2024 - advertised as the full package. In 6 months time I recieved notices when opening excel/word that the preview would come to an end. I am now unable to use any of the applications. The website has mysteriously disappeared within the last couple of months. I would advise buying from microsoft only, anything that seems to be a good deal is probably too good to be true.

I cannot use Word since around 13/14 January 2025. I thought I was buying an at least yearly subscription when I would for A$93.49 in July of 2024!! Very disappointed. Barely 6 months.

Me too. The software stopped working yesterday and I am not able to re-install it for another trial. All I need is Word and Excel and for some reason MS thinks I need to pay a monthly fee for 365. I am too old to start using the Apple software that comes standard on a Mac.

Its a scam. I bought Office 2024, but it stopped to work the 13:th of January, because it showed up that what I got was only a test version.

Like other reviewers, I purchased Office 2024 for home use, costing £90. This was in July 2024. I'm now unable to use Word or Excel (the only bits of office I need) as I'm told the licence is for Office 2019

Contacted company after licence fiasco and they sorted it out.

Like so many others who have submitted reviews, I had purchased MS Office 2024 (for macOS) from AGM Software only to later discover that it was a "preview" version that expires on 2025 January 13. Their website is now just a splash screen with no other content, so it's evident that the people behind this company are absolute fraudsters. One can only hope that karma will mete out some very harsh misfortune to the owners of AGM Software as consequence.

I purchased Office 2024 in July 2024. Recently, my applications have started displaying a message saying that the software is a test version and will soon no longer be valid. I tried updating and it simply resulted in my no longer being able to save my work.

Just as the prior posted said, I too purchased MS Office 2024 in Jun 2024 and now I get the "Preview license will expire in 25 days" message. Well in the two days since the last post, the website is now gone. Thank goodness i charged on Amex

I bought a license for Microsoft Office 2024 in July. Now in December I get a warning when I open any Microsoft office application that my 2021 preview edition will expire in a number of days. So it seems that I don't have a 2024 version but a 2021 preview version. In the software it does say that I have a 2024 LTSC for Mac version have. I tried to contact them by sending an email wich is listed on their website. After sending I get a delivery failure notification. So the email adres is not working. I click on LIVE CHAT but that is also not working. I see at the bottom of their website the information where this company is registered. See below. (So criminals are stealing money by selling illegal software keys).

SCAM! They sell Microsoft Office software as a full product that is actually free to businesses as a a preview version. It is time limited and does not perform like the real thing. Initially they agreed to refund but never did. From then on they ignored all emails. These people are FRAUDS and should be avoided!

My microsoft suite should never of expired and i have tried to contact them, chat doesn't work and they don't respond to emails
They probably sell on my personal details too!! so have cancelled my credit card
