We parked three cars in the aimo Park…

We parked three cars in the aimo Park nacka Stockholm. We purchased three Tickets for the correct time and placed them in the windshield and we still got a fee because apparently they weren‘t visible. Aimo Park refuses to send us photos to proof. Don‘t park there you will be scammed!

Terrible company with low standards

Terrible company with low standards, parked my regular personal vehicle in a regular parkinglot for class 1 personal vehicles and got a 1000kr fine for "wrong car classtype" 💀

You cant make this up, one time i used their sms parking, ONCE and got a 500kr bill home to pay for using their phone services.

Terrible.

A company that does not understand its customers

A company that really does not understand its customers. The parking spaces are not maintained e.g. following snowfall, and if you are five minutes past the parking time limit someone is there to fine you half of a monthly parking fee. I understand it’s a business and that there are terms for parking, but it’s also good customer service to give a tiny bit of slack to loyal customers. You must be happy that you don’t have real competitors.

Charged for parking when I was in another country

It's now Dec, but following a visit in June when I had a rental car for a few days, I've just now been charged for parking on the 30th Nov. Their app does not make it clear that their is an 'auto-charge' function so somebody else has parked there, and I've been charged. I've raised this with their Customer service team who have been very dismissive and are refusing to engage in further conversation to resolve this. I feel it's very unfair that they have knowingly charged me for parking, when I'm not even in the country. This was their response on the 3rd Dec "When a vehicle is added to the account and camera recognition (Autopay/Camera Parking) is active, the system automatically registers entries and charges for that vehicle until it is manually removed or the feature is deactivated. This is stated in the service terms and conditions." Terrible customer service, avoid if you can.

Aimo parking continues its predatory (…

Aimo parking continues its predatory ( everything-up-grab) behavior. Today , one of the many illetrate and rude goons of Aimo issued me a fine of 400 SEK on a communal / public parking which is allotted for patients and visitors on Bjorkenäs road within the premises of the maternal clinic in Kalmar. Obviously the parking lot is very spacious and you can park there for three hours without any charge ( courtesy of Kalmar Kommun). I drove to the clinic with my pregnant wife for her regular check-up . The visit lasted 30 minutes upon exiting the clinic I discovered the fine ticket and I called Aimos customer service whence the rude agent told me that the reason for the fine was unreadable parking clock disc that was set not from 09:00 but from 08:45. Upon saying that there is a 3-hour window free of charge parking , she goes into an irrational rant monologue that I should set the parking time-disc from 09:00 instead of 08:45. Nevertheless, one should not blame Aimo parking goons (so-called proctors) because nobody else would employ them. Their competence is circumscribed only to issuing fines left-&right for no plausible reason and getting away with it. Aimos greed knows no bounds even on communal /municipal parking property within a public clinic premises. At least I am happy that Aimo Park is losing the residencial parking contract north of Kalmar during the coming February and Rikshem as property owner is taking back the charge and this transfer speaks volumes of Aimo’s incompetent handling of parking spaces. May predatory Aimo vanish from every nook and cranny of this country so that the people can park with peace of mind in publicly allotted parking spaces without having to worry about Aimo’s ghoulish goons around.

Absolute waste of time, your booking is not a booking

Absolute waste of time as you book the parking then they wait 3-5 days to tell you, you can't park there as it's private, and nobody answers the telephone ever, just tells you to use the website. And the chat is just some AI that is hopeless... I thought a swedish company would be better.... I guess I will pay a bit more for a better company.

CORPORATE BULLY

I paid for parking using Easy Park. I got a fine from Aimo. I had to appeal through Hojab. I received an email saying I can continue to appeal the fine but when they make a decision, they WILL NOT NOTIFY ME so I can pay. They will instead send the fine directly to a debt collector and I will then need to pay for debt collection fees in addition to the original fine. OR I can pay the fine now and therefore give my consent that I agree with the fine. WHAT THE &%€&%#"!

Avoid Aimopark parking space at all…

Avoid Aimopark parking space at all costs! Aimopark recommends to use the Easypark parking application. Application however only sporadically works. Often it does not recognize the vehicle or the correct parking location. Faults in the application causes penalty parking fees for parking house users. Aimopark takes zero responsibility.

Avoid AimoPark

Avoid AimoPark.
I believe most of these parking apps are made complicated just so they can fine people.

I spent extra time in resetting password, setring end time to parking, adding a new valid payment method and after all that the parking didn't start. I dont use this specific app often so I assumed after all this hassle the parking started. I got a ticket. When I open the app again, it prompted me to do an update to the app and there was no sign of a parking in the app. I called Hojab and explained that why would I reset password and give a payment card if I didn't intend to pay. But I guess their goal is to take the money and not follow logic.

I couldn't pay

I couldn't pay, not with several cards that ai tried, not with the app and when I called them it was only an English menu that flipped to Swedish again. I took the change to park my company van wich doesn't fit in the parking garages or in the city. I found 2 tickets both 600sek. My first night in Sweden leaving in the morning with a bad taste.

Irresponsible and unfair system

I used the Aimo Park app to pay for parking and made sure the correct vehicle was shown before starting the session. The app only had my newly added vehicle, yet their system somehow recorded my old one — resulting in an unfair fine.

When I contacted support, they refused to take responsibility, even though this was clearly a technical fault on their side. Very disappointing experience. Their system is unreliable, and they expect customers to pay for their app’s mistakes.

Total rip off

Total rip off. Expensive parking and a large service fee every time you park....what service? I download the app do all the work and pay and get charged a service fee? Garbage platform

its not about the honest parking

its not about the honest parking. Its about hunting people who does a mistake and didnd read the signs, or uses wrong APP. They must have a cartel with Easypark when Easypark lets you pay for parking from their app for the area, which not belnogs to easypark, andthen aimo charges you a fee. And vice-versa. Legal robbery.

tricking you

They make it hard to pay for the parking correctly(showing wrong numbers in the app. signs in bad placement. Then they give you a fine for "not paying", so you've now paid for the wrong place (more expensive) AND the fine. So the fine is not there for wrongdoings, but just for cashing in. otherwise a more expensive parking for the right time would be valid. Sure, if it's cheeper you could be trying to "trick the system" but who tf would pay MORE knowingly.
