Inproper delivery of not functioning phone, bad service

I ordered a iphone 13 mini from the "AlloAllo" company. It was delivered late (four weeks later) not in time. In between I send messages to get the delivery status and ask for canceling the delivery (didn't expected arrival of iphone at my home anymore). Haven't got any feedback immediately, unfortunately very late, I've got the feedback the phone is now on the way. But the main problem at least was the late delivered iphone hasn't had the refurbed status (Very good) as expected when it arrived and some how also is not functioning at all.
I now contacted the company a view times via mail to understand how to further proceed with the not functioning iphone.
I haven't got any feedback so far until now!
So I am now feeling lost, having bought a used not functioning phone for over 300 Euro and are not having a proper solution how to proceed further with sending back the phone or how to get a replacement, or the money back.
So I think you cannot really trust for proper delivery of goods here as expected and also not for a later service, if you have bought a phone.
That is unfortunately my experience with my performed iphone sale. Hope this helps to understand what problems might occur, when ordering refurbed phones here.

they gave me a tracking number for a package that never arrived. Two months later and after many times where they promised to send a refund, they are still not refunding me. The package from the fake tracking link they gave me has never moved through the months.

Mismanaged Return Process and Prohibited Shipping Instructions Left Me Without Phone or Refund

I purchased an iPhone and shortly after noticed that it became excessively hot during normal use. Within one week of receiving the device, I requested a return. After that point, customer service stopped responding entirely.
Because I received no support, I escalated the issue to PayPal. I was then instructed to return the phone to China, despite the fact that I am located in Germany and the device was originally shipped to me from France. This instruction made little sense and was not properly explained.
After following these instructions and sending the phone, the shipment was stopped during inspection in Germany. I was later informed that it is prohibited to ship mobile phones from Germany to China. As a result, the phone is now stuck in inspection, I do not have the device, and I have not received a refund.
This situation reflects a complete lack of responsibility and competence. Incorrect guidance, poor communication, and ignoring customer messages led directly to this outcome. I would strongly advise others to be cautious, as returns and after sales support appear to be handled very poorly.

No customer support and non-conforming product

I purchased an iPhone from alloallo. The phone arrived with a severely worn battery, a condition that was not disclosed in the product description.
After delivery, I contacted the seller dozens of times through the official channels and never received any response.
Customer support is completely nonexistent.
