The customer service here is outstanding. I called in with a few concerns and the specialist walked me through everything with patience and care. You can tell they truly care about their customers.

When u buy accessories for the chair, they don’t send directions for installation of these. Don’t get the cup holder..it’s USELESS. Not even a month old, the left armrest won’t fold down while holding down the button. Not sure if buying made he U.S.A is such a good idea.

I purchased All Star's Silver Electric Wheelchair in February.
I've traveled to Scotland and Abu Dhabi this year with this wheelchair. It's TSA approved, and is a breeze to travel with.
Powerful, comfortable, easy to setup and charge. All Star's customer service is great. This wheelchair has been life changing for me, and I highly recommend All Star Wheelchairs.

Person delivered the wrong unit. It weighs well of 58 pounds when I had ordered the light one that weighs 78 pounds plus the batter. I have not heard from them in over a week. I’m thinking it’s time to report this the consumer protection bureau in my state

The wheelchair arived in a decent time Frame, no complaints there.
The duality seems nice and sturdy, no complaints there.
Now where I have my issue.
The Company Advertises the Wheelchair as 20 inch⁰⁰ wide but it actually is about 24.5 inches wide. So we had to send it back because it wouldn't fit through the doors.
So now comes the sneaky part they advertise a free 30 day return- well it is not, it is a 7 day free return and after that you pay for return and a 1o% restock fee. All in the fine print buried under a ton of stuff you have to read before you even get to that part.
SO- if you find out you have to send the chair back your basically getting screwed out of about $300 return and restock fee.

Great wheelchair from a great company! Purchased this wheelchair for my grandad about 4 months ago and after arriving in just three days we had our grandad doing laps around the driveway before the sun went down the day the wheelchair arrived! He even went as far to take the wheelchair to visit his brother two states over as well as a week long trip to the tropics. Overall I would say I am completely satisfied with my purchase!

Purchased this chair due to the recommendation of my physical therapist who said I should upgrade from a upright walker to an electric wheelchair because of my severe back pain. I had some concerns about purchasing such a large item over the internet but after speaking to the allstar wheelchair support team they quelled all my fears and 3 days later my wheelchair was at my doorstep! Needless to say I have had this wheelchair for several months and I am more than happy with it it makes the usual 10 minute journey from my driveway to my doorstep with my walker take only 10 seconds with my electric wheelchair!
