Maria was a prompt problem solver, identifying the issue and resolving it quickly in the best way possible. This is the best customer support I’ve ever had and I can only thank her and AndLight for their top-notch service, and this will keep me coming back to them despite the initial issue I faced with delivery.

Was price what brought me there.
Then, customer service is simply the best. They are not only fast but also helpful! And really, that is an abnormality; normally they might be kind, sometimes fast but…getting an issue solved in 3 seconds with full sympathy? That is a quimera…except here. Here is real. Then: delivery: mega fast. Between order and delivery: 4 days (and remember, problems in the order and customer service help required…and order was placed on a Sunday!!!!!) so, if they have what you need, buy here. Simple.

I would have rated the service 5 stars as our Gubi semi pendant arrived fast and well. Unfortunately, however, there was a glitch during the online order, and my delivery address wasn't saved. I immediately sent the email to the customer service, but the lamp has been shipped within a few hours (which would have been great otherwise :) to my billing address. I called the customer service but they said it was not possible for them to change this anymore. This caused some unnecessary hassle for me with the lamp transport to its intended place.

I got the lamp completely deformed and warped.
The Lamp cost 160 Euros, so I think the product should come to me without any damage. The costumer service is not answering my emails.
I wouldn't buy at that shop again! I hope I will get my money back.

I wanted to buy Grupa Agito lamps, one for the ceiling and one standing. Lot of online web pages offering lamps are just scam, so I wanted to play it safe. Since those lamps are quite expensive, at first I just ordered ceiling lamp. The price was lower than in other online stores, delivery was exactly within promised due date. I was informed about status of my order and delivery time. Everything went without any problems and lamps were very well packed (in well designed, original Grupa packaging). Because of above I decided to order also standing lamp. Again price was very good, lamp arrived after 5 days, despite delivery time described on web page was 10-15 days. Based on my experience I can recommend AndLight.de.
