Aya-s is a Danish brand that was founded in 2023 by Aya Steiner. I have always wanted to create something on my own, and I have always wanted to wear exactly the clothes I wanted. I quietly started looking into how I could produce my own clothes, and so Aya-s was founded. Our ambition is to create unique, modern, classic styles that give you that confident feeling we all know when you wear an item that feels just right. That feeling is what we are after.

Strong avoid - They will not deliver your order and when you request a credit, they stay silent !

Strong avoid!

Ordered a dress for my daughter, that was "in stock". The promised delivery time is 2-4 working days.

After 6 working days I started asking why the dress was not sent yet. First the answer was that it was "released but not yet shipped" and just one day later it was "out of stock" ! New batch would have been available three weeks later (?!).

I cancelled the order immediately and requested for refund. No answer. I have contacted them several times - no answer, no refund, nothing. Just appalling!

Now I have made a claim to my credit card provider.

Disappointed in person

The bag was very pretty online, didn't get the quality i was expecting for the price and extra fees.... it very disappointing. And it costed to much to return.

Extra cost

Bought the brown pants for my daughter. Normally wouldn't spend that much but it was top of her Christmas list. They assured me I would only pay the extra $18 for shipping to the US. Pants then arrived with an extra $24 tariff. I thought it was very generous of them to keep their word and they said that if I paid it they would refund me. However, they would't just refund my credit card. It had to be a wire so I sent my wire information. I've done international wires many times so I know how to send the correct info. They say they sent me the money in Danish currency and if I didn't receive it there is nothing they can do. $63 black friday pants + $18 shipping + $24. We are glad the pants fit.

We have previously been in dialogue with you by email and both explained and documented that the refund has been made to the account, based on the bank information you have sent us. The amount has been refunded in Euro, which is also stated in the email correspondence. If you still cannot see the amount, we would be happy to enter into dialogue again by email to investigate the matter further with you.

We would also like to emphasize that we do not charge additional shipping or customs costs beyond what is clearly stated on our website. The additional customs bill was due to an error at UPS, which unfortunately can occur with international shipments. In order to ensure that you did not bear the cost of this error, we offered – and implemented – a full refund of the amount in question.

We would still be very happy to help clarify the situation and encourage you to contact us again by email [email protected]. so that we can find a clarification on this🌸

Over a month to despatch!!!! Missed delivery deadline

I purchased an item on the 18th November, with a 2-4 day delivery time advertised, for my daughter's Christmas gift. As of 30th December I am still waiting for it to arrive. I have one very disappointed child. Contacted AYA-S who confirmed the package left their warehouse on the 22nd December then blamed the carrier for the delay!!!! No empathy for missed Christmas deadline and consequences of this. Will NOT use again.

The order was shipped from our warehouse on December 22, but that does not change the fact that the responsibility for the customer experience ultimately lies with us. Delivery delays around Christmas are unfortunately something we experience with shipping companies, but we fully recognize that this does not help in this specific situation – especially when it falls on Christmas Eve.

We would very much like to follow up on your case and find a solution that can alleviate the experience in the best possible way. We have therefore requested more information in the matter and hope that you will return so that we can take action.

I ordered the Lily Bag and it’s truly a beautiful and elegant piece, I’ve received several compliments on it because it looks very classy and refined. The design and colors are really stunning.

Unfortunately, the handle wore out and broke quite quickly. However, when I contacted customer service, they were extremely kind, responsive, and helpful. They immediately took care of the issue and sent me a new bag at no cost. Their professionalism and the way they handled the situation really made a difference.

Despite the initial problem, I genuinely appreciate their excellent service, and I would still order from them again.

brown pants

I bought the brown pants. they fit nicely at the front, however far too long. the elastic band on the back of the pants on the waistband looks really cheap and honestly just ruins the whole look of the pants

bad experience

The delivery was on the wrong adres. When I contacted them they literally just said that it was my problem. Also the sizes do not correspond to the advertisement on the website. Returning costs a lot of money and only if the eticket is still on the pants, while I tried on the pants this eticket was already broken...
