Beware of B products (Returns)

Purchased a Cordoba Stage Guitar B stock (a return). The description did not mention any serious faults but on arrival the D tuner was jammed and button cracked. It also had a flat battery left in it. As it was out of manufactures packaging tgese shoyld have been ckecked. As I could repair I have underyaken a new tuner and battery. Although they offered a a repair or replacement my discussion and their emails suggested there was a risk they may just refund.

absolutely unreliable and to be avoided

Unfortunately, an experience beyond terrible. On February 8th, I ordered and paid for an item that was available with a guaranteed delivery of February 12/13. Everything seemed easy and straightforward.
The same day I also received the invoice, so the transaction was complete.
On the 9th, I also received the shipping confirmation with the link, shipped via DHL and the tracking number.
A show! I thought. Efficient! Really good!
But... the surprise came yesterday, February 10th... an email, clumsy and poorly written, stating "we are pleased to confirm that the returned goods have been received... you will receive a refund."
From then on, a series of emails in which they did NOT want to explain why they canceled the paid and shipped order, and why an RMA was issued that I never requested, when I had done absolutely nothing. But they even outdid themselves in terms of honesty... this Mandy writes, "I see no reason why we cancelled it"... if you don’t know, my dear, then you’re in trouble. Grand finale with their support."I can still change it, but we need to hurry up"... there, their last infamous words. This morning I received the refund, game over 1-0 for them. But is this a way to work? Are you serious? Calling it shameful is the least I can say. Be serious and work properly. Never again with you, you should be avoided.

No product & No refund for more than 1 month.

I ordered something at the start of December.
Had an issue with my address on the order, so it got sent back to them.
I am now without my order, and without my money, and I have been trying to fix this since the start of January.
Absolutely appauling.
Just pay the little bit extra to go with a more reputable company, nobody is willing to actually help you there if anything goes wrong.

Terrible service

Terrible service, I purchased a pack of 6 lightbulbs for my moving lights, a few days after the order I had an email saying they can no longer provide them. I'm now being told that I have to wait 7-10 working days for my refund of £1500! This is now going to make purchasing the replacement lightbulbs delayed and I might not be able to supply my customer with the order as the bulbs will arrive too late if I have to wait for 7-10 days to get my money back to make a new order. The payment was made instant. there is no reason for it to be 7-10 days apart from its being Bax's internal policy.

The least Bax could have done in this situation is accommodate an instant return of my money after it was Bax that has messed me around with this order.

The person I spoke to on the phone was working from home, they couldn't pass me through to customer service, nor to accounts. USELESS!

Absolutely brilliant!

I've seen some of the negative reviews here and really can't understand why as I've had nothing but first class service from Bax over the years.

They're website is easy to navigate and ordering is so simple!

I think it took me less than 2 minutes to order a Lewitt LCT 540 S microphone.

And what a price!

Well done Bax, and keep up the great work!
