A more than satisfied Baxi customer

I have had a Baxi gas boiler in my rental appartment for many years and the back-up service never fails to impress me. Booking a repair is a straightforward process and when our local Baxi engineer (usually Craig), arrives, he is always on time, friendly, efficient and particularly reassuring. When I decided to change from oil to gas in my own home in 2017, I opted for Baxi boiler again and, to date, I havent been disappointed. Thank you for your service Baxi!

Satisfief

My. Water heater was manufactured by Baxi, so when there was a problem I went straight to the. My experience with their receptionist was excellent. Very professional, empathetic with my situation. They quickly arranged an appointment & the engineer arrived within a day. He diagnosed the problem, however he did not have all the necessary parts with him, so he ordered them. Unfortunately
One of the required parts was put of stock & I was without hot water for over a week. When the part arrived the same engineer came out, which was good as he was already au fait with the problem. Thank goodness I have hot water. I would recommend Baxi & I would certainly use them again.

Excellent BAXI warranty response

At our annual boiler service recently the engineer identified a defective part that needed to be replaced. Our boiler is under warranty so we contacted Baxi and an engineer arrived the same day. The issue was quickly resolved. Excellent, speedy and efficient service. Very pleased.

dissapointed with this company

sent them out on the 4th feb to repair a boiler for a tenant of mime,unfortunateley they didnt have 2 of the parts,the tennant hass had no heating for over a week,I requested an invoice but haven't received one as yet,currently on the phon trying to get through for the past 25 minutes.My tennant also tells me the guys that came to do the repair gave her a card with what turned out to be a premium phone number.
