Extremely slow

Two weeks after placing an order I received nothing except an email stating that the delivery will be delayed. According to the order status page the package has not even been sent yet. 2 stars for at least giving me email updates and for low prices.

My order was canceled almost a month ago, yet i still haven’t received any refund. Completely unacceptable, my credit card told me the dispute was refused by the store, yet i have given proof of the cancellation. Further contact does not give any indication when i could receive my money back. I am gonna get in contact with paypal to try to dispute the claim that way.

However, we currently assume that the refund process may have been interrupted because a PayPal case was opened in parallel. Terrible service!
Ordered 2 different pieces, 1 has arrived on time, the other one I waited for more than a month and still didn’t arrive. Asked for the refund at the end and now it’s been 2 weeks and no money back yet. In addition, no compensation or any offers for such terrible service was offered. Honestly, in my opinion, that’s not normal after waiting for your order for a month…
Even though they have some good prices for some products, but the service is unacceptable. You’d rather pay a bit more but get a better customer care service!

Your order was placed on October 25th and dispatched on October 28th. A shipping confirmation including the tracking number was sent to the email address provided at the time of purchase.

On November 10th, the shipment was returned to us by DHL. According to the official return notification, the reason provided was:

“The recipient could not be reached. The shipment is being returned to the sender.
Due to an address error, the delivery could not be completed.”

Following receipt of the returned parcel, we issued a notification informing you of the return and subsequently processed a refund for your order.

We sincerely regret the inconvenience this situation has caused and hope that the completed refund has resolved the matter to your satisfaction.

Scam. No product delivery

I have the same situation as all the others. Ordered a perfume in September, still no delivery. I asked for a refund. I'll wait a couple of days and will involve Paypal in the situation.
The shop is a scam/fake

Update 6 nov: you've got some nerve to lie publicly that you returned any money. I received the cancelation email with the promise of payment in 5 working days. It's been 3 weeks and no payment. I just opened a complaint with PayPal.
