I would like to express my most sincere gratitude to the entire Deloox team, and especially to Ms. Laura, whose support and empathy transformed a moment of great distress into a renewed sense of trust.

A few days ago, I went through a difficult situation: due to a technical error, I was charged three times for the same order. At that moment, I felt powerless, convinced that I had lost my money and that no one was listening. Unfortunately, PayPal did not handle my case well and made me feel completely abandoned.

But then your company, Deloox, stepped forward with integrity, transparency, and compassion. You not only resolved the problem, but you restored something much more valuable: my faith in honest and human customer service.

I work in an elderly care home, a job that requires emotional balance and patience. During this situation, I was truly overwhelmed. Yet Laura’s patience, kindness, and humanity gave me calm. She spoke with understanding and professionalism — qualities that are not easy to find these days.

I would also like to add something personal: I am not someone who easily lets people into my trust. I have very few close friends, and I choose them very carefully, because genuine kindness and integrity are rare.

Without knowing it, Laura showed qualities that only truly exceptional people have. It is a pity that I will probably never speak with her again, because people like her are the kind one would gladly keep close in life. Her humanity and sincerity left a real mark on me, and for that I am deeply grateful.

Please let her know that her attitude left a profound impression on me. She is, without exaggeration, an angel of customer service, a person who dignifies the company she represents.

After everything that happened, I feel even more committed to remaining a loyal customer. Because what defines a company is not that it never has problems, but how it responds when problems arise.

Chatbot instead of Customer Service

Order took over two weeks to be delivered. Messages to customer service were not answered by ppl but AI which did not grasp what the actual problem was. This was the first and last time I ordered from this website.

The company replies that the parcel was delivered three days after dispatch. Which is a lie. It took well over two weeks and was well beyond the longest possible delivery time, as advised by the company. And then almost two weeks after delivery finally a human reply from „customer service“ arrived advising me that the parcel had been received. No customer service representative dealt with the missing parcel query prior to the delivery. Having a shoddy customer service is one but lying about it is simply shocking behaviour. Do not count on this company‘s „customer service“if something goes wrong with your order. Check out the other 1 star reviews!

Delayed Customer Service

I was delivered a perfume with a broken bottle and all of the perfume had leaked into the packaging. It took over 10 days after I filed the complaint and provided 8 pictures from different angles as per their request, but they didn't acknowledge they were working on it. Only after I posted this negative review on Trustpilot did they finally replace the product. While they eventually made it right, the poor initial customer service experience required public pressure to get resolved. The product replacement was appreciated, but the process shouldn't have required a negative review to get attention.

I received a broken perfume bottle

I received a broken perfume bottle – glass shattered inside the box.
The packaging was so poor, it’s no surprise it got damaged.

I contacted customer service the next day with photos and full explanation.
No reply. No help. Nothing.

If something goes wrong, they simply ignore you.
They got my money and don’t care after that.

Think twice before ordering. If your item arrives damaged – you’re on your own.

Excellent Products and Prices – One Minor Issue

I recently purchased a niche perfume from Deloox, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. The price was incredible, and the product is 100% original—an absolute gem for any perfume lover. The delivery was prompt, and everything arrived in perfect condition.

The only downside is that I have been unable to access my account again despite multiple attempts. This is a minor inconvenience compared to the excellent shopping experience overall, but I hope it can be resolved soon.

I highly recommend Deloox to anyone looking for great deals on high-quality beauty products. I’ll be shopping with them again

I ordered a perfume from a website…

I ordered a perfume from a website delloox.at, but this is not an Austrian online shop. It’s delivering from Netherlands, and this takes extremely long. The delivery terms are not matching the terms which are mentioned on their website. Regarding the perfume itself - it smells not like original. I was contacting the customer service on 4th July, but got an answer on 15th July (!) and the answer was absolutely useless🙈 The call centre is also not reachable, even on the dedicated working hours, which are from 9:00 till 12:00 Mnd-Fri. Hope that people will become aware of your cheating and stop ordering from you.

Thank you for your review. Sorry to hear that the order took so long, the delivery date reported when placing the order should also be the date you receive your order. Unfortunately, it can happen that something goes wrong with the delivery service, in which case it may take a little longer before you receive your package. We have no influence on this ourselves.
Our products are authentic, and we have been around for almost 14 years, with a Thuiswinkel Waarborg membership since 2012. It is legally prohibited to sell counterfeit products. As for the experience with the scent, it is quite normal that the alcohol initially dominates, as the product consists of 80% alcohol. It may take a while for the scent to develop properly. It is also very normal that you do not smell a scent constantly, this has to do with odor habituation. A new fragrance just opened can also be less intense than an older one.

Tom Ford Metallique 100ml - everything fine!

Yesterday I received „Tom Ford Metallique“ 100ml for EUR 149.-. two weeks after ordering.
The price is 25% less than the retail one. Package was fine. I checked the batch code online @ checkfresh.com
It said, that the batch was produced in july 2019! That sounded quite unrealistic for me for a Tom Ford perfume.
I was a bit disappointed at first BUT the scent is as I expected it!
However I‘m not sure if the data on the website is accurate. I checked some other batch codes and the result was always the same.
I‘m satisfied with the product and would order again.

Scammers! Do not buy anything!

I do not recommend ordering anything from here. I ordered a 90ml Lacoste Challenge perfume, and I was delivered a fake product, the scent of which did not match the real perfume at all. In the perfume's package and on the bottle itself, an extra number was faked into the serial number in a different font to match the real serial number.

I have been using this perfume for over 10 years and I still have some of the old batch left, and the customer service even dared to claim that the fault was in my sense of smell, etc. I sent the perfume to be examined, and on the same day that I received confirmation that they had received the product, I got an email saying that the product is authentic and they couldn't find any fault with it. They hadn't even smelled/tested it in a laboratory or anything. If they were really selling authentic products, they would have checked this faulty batch with Lacoste. Also, some other people have reported similar issues with their fragrances.

Poor packaging and no feedback

The perfume I received was original, but I did not receive any feedback to my request # 691977505 on order # 7812874. The parcel was packaged poorly: the gigantic void inside without any filler did not match the character or shipping (postal). The box has been smashed on one side, but luckily the goods remained intact.
