Poor I sent a photo of the damaged…
Poor I sent a photo of the damaged screen I purchased from apple , been 4 weeks and nothing ,they don’t respond to emails waste of time
Apple should be ashamed of promoting Belkin products
I went to my local Apple Store (Lakeside, Thurrock) in May 2025 and bought a fittedin store screen protector - Belkin Ultraglass. Within 2 months, it had bubbled up so I went back to the store in July 2025 and they replaced it.
Move forward to January 2026 and once again, the protector is bubbling and peeling away from the edge of the screen. Apple staff had mentioned I should claim through Belkin under their lifetime warranty. I had problems with uploading the receipt as an attachment so I tried emailing Belkin using their customer support email address. Bounced back as no reply and advised me to use a support form. Eventually figured out a way of attaching the receipt to the support form, submitted it and got a reference number. Didn’t bother to log the number as assumed I would receive an email acknowledgement. How wrong was I. I’ve had no contact whatsoever from Belkin.
I have tried on multiple occasions waiting in a queue to ‘chat’ online but nobody ever appears to help.
I’ve given up.
Apple should be ashamed of themselves for endorsing and promoting Belkin products in store. Belkin should be ashamed of their lack of customer service/support which no doubt is deliberately obtuse to prevent customers from replacing sub standard products under their so called lifetime warranty.
Dangerous products - charger set on fire whilst driving!
Belkin magsafe charger melted my airpod pros. Reported in early October 2025 and send off faulty charger same day and not heard anything.
My other in-car charger set on fire whilst I was driving yesterday and want to report this also and claim for damaged phone case but live chat not responding and phone line does not pick up.

I bought some ear buds and only one works. They also anyways fall out my ear.
Disgraceful support - will never buy Belkin again
Disgraceful support. I purchased a Belkin product which has failed after less than 5 months. I purchased the item from Argos but was told I needed a reference number direct from Belkin before I would proceed for a refund. I called the number they provided at 9.00. At 11.00am I was still waiting for someone to answer it! I decided to try and contact them through their "chat" line. This sat at the "agent will be with you....." for over 30 minutes. In the meantime, I went back to Argos, explained I couldn't get the reference number because Belkin had obviously left the country (!) and resolved the issue. When I went back to the Belkin chat screen, I was told that if I didn't respond with 3 minutes they would terminate the chat. I had been waiting for then on Chat for over 30 minutes and they say I only get 3 minutes to respond. The fact that they couldn't even be bothered to answer the number they advertise for support just added insult to injury - lets' not forget their product was also faulty. The overall rating of this company on Trustpilot says it all - even without this review
Horrible experience with Belkin
Horrible experience with Belkin
They make it very difficult to fulfil the contract they have with you
Firstly it’s very hard to register
Secondly it’s very hard to get to them and even when you get through you have to send them an email and even then they still don’t fulfil the contract to replace your cracked screen protector that you paid £30 when a screen protector cost only £10
It’s basically a con and if I knew what I know today I wouldn’t have brought this scam cover 😡😡😡
Avoid Belkin screen protectors
Had a screen protector applied to my Apple phone at Curry in London Gatwick airport yesterday 27/12 - this morning there is a crack in the screen protector - contacted Belkin in Webchat and we’re really unhelpful and would not even consider it being faulty - really disappointed and most expensive screen protector I’ve bought - £29.99!!!!!!
I bought a screen protector through…
I bought a screen protector through apple shop , it wasn’t cheap but it was a lifetime guarantee, my belkin screen protector has cracked so contacted customer services, not only did I have to prove and upload receipts when I purchased but a month late still nothing from belkin when they are going to send a new protector. Shocking customer service and apple should not be selling these or promoting in their shops. Do not buy these protectors s they do not back up the guarantee.

Replacement iPhone screen protector
Wow! Belkin are amazing. Did an online chat as my registered product didn’t appear to be registered. The agent was wonderful and sorted everything out for me. I lost connection due to my own fault and they had sent me an email with a reference number so my chat could resume. Well done Belkin!! Very impressed
Terrible company
Wish I had looked at the reviews before I ordered from this company . Don’t be fooled into thinking they have a uk presence . I received my order this morning damaged . The website has no way of returning an item easily. Tried all evening to get through on the chat, finally got an email return number but I have to pay postage to return.
Abysmal customer service, please do not give this company your money.
Faulty ear piece
Ear piece cracked within one year making it unusable. asked for replacement and was told no as this was to be expected. poor product. poor service.
Do not buy from the airport
Do not buy from the airport. End of story, But I will tell you why. The booster pack didn't work from the purchase the seller would not replace and when we got back from a long US holiday they wanted original receipt etc that were log long lost even though they had model numbers serial numbers purchase dates etc. as said DO NOT BUY FROM AIRPORT OUTLETS ✅
Husband bought a Belkin MAGNETIC POWER BANK
Husband bought bought a Belkin product (BoostCharge Pro Magnetic Power Bank 10 k £79) from an Apple Store, in August. We never got it working and then I needed it to be working. But. I Can't find the receipt - not helped by his sudden and continuing illness and hospitalisation and as I have a PLACE where all receipts are kept, and it wasn't there, and husband says he got a physical receipt, I thought I would try the customer 'care'centre. All went well. At first. Several emails were exchanged offering advice on this piece of junk which I now KNOW is faulty as I have followed all their advice - to no avail. But, they insist, not unreasonably, that I need the receipt. By now I have supplied photos of the item and its box and of course now that husband is hospitalised I NEED THE BATTERY CHARGER TO BE WORKING! I was still working out how to fit in a visit to the Apple shop between daily, day-long hospital visits, to double check in case they had a record of the purchase when I received an email saying, that in view of the length of time this 'query' had been 'open' they would be TERMINATING our communication, and suggesting that if I wanted to continue I merely had to reply to the email.
So, of course I did. Again, to no avail. It didn't work. Oh, and they wanted to know how I got their email. I went through your website, you blithering idiots - how else could I have got it???
So, THANKS, for the 'customer care' and thanks for making a useless piece of kit and- don't worry - our communications are OVER FOR EVER. It has been binned along with -for me- your reputation.
Absolute junk
Absolute junk. I bought a batterypack from the airport. total con. Doest work. I am trying to get a replacement or refund and they are nowhere to be seen. No response. Do not buy from this company.
HIGHLY DANGEROUS CABLE
Purchased a set of Belkin cables from Costco 2 years ago - given Belkin's reputation for being reliable and reputable, I did not retain the receipt.
One of the cables has since malfunctioned and started to burn. I ceased using the cable and contacted Belkin straight away as this is a safety concern from a fault product.
Belkin have been anything but helpful! They refuse to help unless I provide a copy of the receipt (which I have already explained many times that I do not have and cannot obtain from Costco (I've tried!)). Legally, no receipt is needed and the proof of payment from my bank statement should suffice.
The customer service is very poor - emailing backwards and forwards over the same matter while getting no where.
I am now left with a wire which is of no use, a phone which has been damaged by the faulty cable and no reassurance that this is an isolated issue.
I have recently purchased two screen…
I have recently purchased two screen guards for two new iPhones. What perplexed me was how difficult it was to register them. The first 16/pro, was okay however the second was for a different model 16,. No matter how many times I tried to scroll onto the correct model it defaulted to the first one on the list. I tried a combination of searches to no avail. Now I have read some other reviews I am regretting my choice and as I purchased these from the Apple Store I am considering writing to apple to advise them to examine public opinion via Trustpilot.

I thought belkin were a leading international brand… their convoluted and difficult returns process & general customer service makes me think otherwise. Won’t be buying again.
Damaged used item delivered
Do not buy for these idiots.
The customer service is shocking and don’t even understand a single thing.
I ordered a car phone holder and it was delivered with damaged box. It was a used item and this crap company don’t refund my money fully. I paid £6 for delivery for nothing.
Very bad quality and communication!
Extremely overpriced. The lifetime warranty is a joke, and their aftersales service has no communication. The screen protector on my iPhone 15 Pro Max cracked after just a week. I feel people are being deceived, and I really don’t know why Apple allows them to sell in their stores. My recommendation: do not buy from Belkin !
DO NOT BUY ……….Ultra glass 2 Treated…
DO NOT BUY ……….Ultra glass 2 Treated Screen Protector for iPhone 16 Pro Max bought via the Apple Store & fitted by them. Warranty registered.
Cracked within 28 days, not dropped, no idea how it happened! Could not find receipt.
After sending 4 emails explaining this & with creditcard statement showing transaction case closed by them!
Warranty is worth nothing! Why doesn’t it ask you to upload the receipt when completing the warranty? After all you can’t register the product if you haven’t bought it! Any other company would replace as faulty.
Awful customer service, shocking expensive product not fit for purpose!
