Don't even consider Best Move Relocation!!!
I paid extra to have my $10k live edge dining room table top, which is very heavy and I let them know that crated so it would not be damaged. They just wrapped it in a blanket and chipped off the corner. They also lost 2 pieces of a custom bed but delivered a similar part from another customer. They also broke a leg off of a recliner but just pushed it back into place. I know this because there should have been lots of chips and debris which we did not find when we went to move the chair. Finally they lost a box which contained my wife's wedding dress which was an heirloom.
The team that picked up my load in IA and took it to Chicago were hard working and pleasant but the orange numbered tags don't actually coodinate to any numbers on the inventory sheet.
In conclusion the driver that delivered our shipment was the rudest individual that I have ever met and constantly threatened to leave. His name was Moshe Yizhare. He also left a huge pile of wrapping, tape, cardboard in my driveway, refusing to dispose of it.
Customer service at BestMove Relocation, just referred me to the trucking company. Would not tell me how to file a claim or anything else. I am awaiting a reply from the trucking company, Next Relocation now.

I had a great experience with the Best Move Relocation from beginning to end. Their communication was prompt, professional, and reliable the whole way through. The crew showed up right on time, worked quickly, and treated all of my belongings with exceptional care. On October 16, 2025, I paid $800 to Best Move Relocation for moving services that were never performed. After they failed to complete the move, the company refused to return my full payment and instead tried to enforce a fake “40% refund policy” that was never mentioned or included in my original contract.
The entire experience has been a nightmare. Their representative Diana was shockingly unprofessional — she threatened to put me on hold for nearly an hour simply because I asked for a copy of my original contract, spoke over me, my father, and my daughter, and sent us to voicemail several times without ever resolving anything. Her attitude and behavior created unnecessary stress, confusion, and frustration during an already difficult situation.
This company’s conduct feels dishonest and predatory. Accepting money, not providing the promised service, and inventing refund rules afterward is unethical and deceptive. I am pursuing action through the Arizona Attorney General’s Office, the Federal Trade Commission, and small claims court to recover my funds and document their practices.
If you value your money and peace of mind, stay far away from Best Move Relocation. I wouldn’t trust them to move a single box.

These guys did a great job moving me from Durham, NC to Houston TX.
Packed up on Saturday, delivered on Monday. No fudd. no delays.
Patient, carefull and understanding
They were really nice. Patient. Packed my things in a blanket, and wrap also gave me proper understanding of dropoff. They were cery quick finished a whole 1 bedroom move with furnitures in just 1.30 hrs and packed everything before me.
The guys were great
The guys were great! They came at the time they said they would, they pack up all of my stuff in a timely manner and they were very careful not to break anything. I would absolutely use them again for future moves.

Move #2685312. We obviously should have checked all companies first. This move was a disaster. It started off when the driver didn't bring enough people to wrap. His help was complaining and walked off the job. He talk them back and they continued to work, leaving some wrapping not done. He finished it himself. The next day he arrived with two loaders then a third one showed up 1 1/2 hour later. We waited two weeks for our stuuf after making at least 4 calls to Alexander Furman at 2792474309. The first call was to inform her that while loading, the loaders busted part of my wifes expensive hutch chest trim. She was very upset. WE HAVENT RECEIVED ANY CLAIM FORMS YET!!!! THE Driver notified my wife by text that his truck brook down. (yeah right). By the end of the week He still hasn't fixed it. We called Alexandria again she switch us over to her supervisor. We complain to her. She got with dispatch which gave us a new date. And again another call and a new date. When the driver finally called for the last time, he mentioned that he wanted cash or cashier check. Iam in a new state, my Navy federal is 200 miles away, its impossible to get $12000 dollars. I called. Alexandria again. She said I Should have no problem writing a check. When the driver arrived he said he will sit in his truck until he sees cash. Two hours later I got a relative who lives near by to give me 12000 dollars while I wrote a check for the same amount. And then he still charged me 150 dollars because he had to wait, will I waited two weeks. He said he was press for time, he finish 5 hours later. And was out of here early. NOW COMES THE GOOD STUFF!!!! While unpacking we found other peoples stuff , 5 tall boxes stuff with white paper( which took up room in his truck so he can make more money) and many broken expensive articles, which we took pictures of. So in conclusion, Where is our claim form and if you sent it, send it again. Don't express to us that your sorry, because you don't know us and you already got 22150 dollars of our money. And that driver had a bad vibe about him. We didn't trust him. Alot of memories were busted and Can't be replaced. Nothing you can say can fix this. So don't say anything. I Will be notifying the better business burial. And all on Facebook planning to move. Your Company is a rip-off. REMEMBER CLAIM FORM.!!!

NEVER WORK WITH BESTMOVE RELOCATION
BestMove Relocation has been a nightmare to work with. NEVER trust this company with your move. I booked my cross country move 4 months in advance. My priorities with this were (A) having my belongings arrive on time and (B) no surprise charges. The company seemed great at first. Richard, the sales person, assured me that there would be no surprise charges (unless I added more belongings, which is clearly understandable), the move would be full service, and since we were scheduling so far in advance that my belongings were sure to arrive on time. This part is especially important for a long distance move. I made sure to check on this numerous times prior to our pickup date.
Days before pickup, I called the company as I had not heard from them. It is good that I did, because they said in order for my stuff to arrive on time, they actually had to pick up 3 days earlier. Although this was a pretty big change to our schedule, it was important to me that my stuff arrived on time. The crew showed up on the date of pickup... a 7 man team for a minimum load move. They counted my items and claimed that I was well over what I had stated, when in fact I was well below - short of a desk, two nightstands, 10 boxes, AND a 3 seater sofa. And also said they had to charge extra to tape a moving blanket around my TV and armchairs… even though they did this with every other item. Adjusting my $2,200 estimate to $2,900 on the spot. I argued with them back and forth, and ultimately decided to ALSO leave 2 armchairs and my TV - figuring I could buy them after my move... this made the price only $200 extra - criminal. I had HALF of the stuff I was originally quoted on and they still upcharged me nearly 10%. After this, they asked for a tip for their 7 man team, after taking all of 10 minutes to load the tiny move.
After pickup, the team had 10 days to get my stuff from Seattle to Boston. My girlfriend and I arrived the day of our agreed upon delivery and were ghosted by BestMove's team when we tried to contact them. The next day we got ahold of them, they had no answers for us. No delivery date and no idea where our belongings were. So, the street parking I reserved for $170 in Boston for the truck is now down the drain and I have no clue on when to reschedule this for. We are now 5 days past our estimated delivery, sleeping on an air mattress, and still no answers. I call the company daily, most of the time it takes 4-5 attempts throughout the day for them to even answer.
I am extremely frustrated with the dishonesty of this company, terrible customer service and poor performance. On my last call, I asked if they would be willing to at least partially refund, and they claim that there will be nothing of the sorts until they are 21 DAYS PAST THE DELIVERY DATE. I have never left a bad review like this, but this company should absolutely not be in business and I hope nobody else has this experience.

Fast forward to after delivery of my items.
I have missing and damaged items which was escalated to this company.
They said they would send me a claim form and I am yet to get one after 7days.
They told me they are brokers/dispatch and would reach out to the companies that handled my move. How should that even be my business?
I have called their customer service tirelessly (Diana) with no positive outcome.
One thing BestMove cares about is getting you to sign up, after that, they go mute.
Not all jokes are funny!

First to start off they misrepresented…
First to start off they misrepresented what their company is about. I initially spoke Alexandra, she spoke highly of the company. The things she said about her company had me and I quickly decided to go with her company.We drew up a contract and she emphasized to me that what I signed was all the charges I would have to pay. It was the down payment and remainer would be broken up into two payments. The first payment will be given during the pickup and remaining balance will be paid when they deliver my belongings. That was a lie. Prior to my pick up, I received a call from Giovanna, who stated she was going over my final inventory. I had additional boxes added on and I was charged $300.00 by them. When the movers were scheduled to pickup my belongings, they couldn't make that time and contract me via phone and said they would be delayed several hours. Several hours later they told me their truck broke down and they wouldn't make that time either and scheduled again and that took several hours. When they didn't make that time, they text me with a map with their location and they would be delayed. As a result they were 7 hours late. Once the driver arrived, he did not go over my inventory. He just estimated about how much square footage my belongings would take up. He gave me an itemized bill with the additional charges that would need to be paid today.. This was so unexpected because Alexandra promised me their wouldn't be any other charges. The driver and I disagreed with the additional charges and I became frustrated and the driver said that's it and tore up the contract and told his helper to put back what items he packed and they were going to leave. I was so frustrated because I lost a lot of time and I had to be in another state that day. Which was a 6 hour drive that I couldn't make because of the delays. I returned to my home and tried contacting Bestmove Relocation and was unsuccessful. The driver returned to my home and asked me if I wanted to talk with his supervisor? I responded yes. Which that call was to no avail. He sided with the driver. Of course he would. The driver wasn't even going to accommodate with a discount due to the many delays. I was disappointed with the entire process of pickup. I tried contacting Alexandra via email and phone and she avoided my calls and would not respond to my emails. I tried contacting Giovanna. The same with her. I was given a number during my initial conversation with Alexandra, which would connect me to customer service. I spoke to a lady name Diana who told me Alexandra no longer handling my case, that she's no longer in the process moving forward. I asked to speak with a manager and stated she was the manager. I explained the ordeal I experienced and she stated she will get in touch with the moving company and resolve the issues. As a result, she lied several times regarding contacting the company and she started avoiding my phone calls and texts. The end result I had pay additional $800.00 for the pickup and to expect more charges upon delivery. This is a horrible experience and I suggest noone experience what I'm having to go through from this company that's a fraud. I happen to call Diana one more time. She answered and place me on hold. Her response to me, the moving company will get back with you in an hour. I explained, the issue is you all need to talk and explain all these additional charges. She said the contract I signed was only a estimate and the moving company addes additional charges based upon cubic space. I asked Diana if I can talk to her superior. She explained he doesn't talk with the customers. I asked for his name and she would only provide me a first name. I pressed the issue and she said the corporate are not available to talk with you. I explained to Diana, I am disappointed in the service I am being provided. I can not stress, Don't do business with Bestmove Relocation. I told Diana I am going to report them to the Better Business Bureau. Diana's response was okay and hung up. I wanted to go into details so you won't hesitate to by pass this company if you want a piece of mind. And unfortunately not being over charged.

DO NOT USE THIS COMANY! SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM! If i could give this company -5 stars i would! The price jumped up 3x we were originally quoted when the lovers got there. Took 3 weeks to get only a PORTION of our stuff. The rest is just lost including a one of one painting and they aren’t doing anything about it. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AND SPREAD THE WORD. WORST COMPANY I’VE EVER DEALT WITH.

Bestmove Relocation is a TRASH COMPANY!!!
I booked a move from Hagerstown Maryland to Kissimmee FL and this company sub-contracted my move and caused my furniture to be damaged badly, To make matters worse I have pictures of my items coming off the truck damaged. No one from the company was willing to help me although they said they would. Spoke to Giovanna and Diana and they never sent my original BOL and eventually stopped answering my emails.PLEASE PEOPLE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IT IS ABSOLUTE TRASH!!!!!!!!!!!!! Stay far away from BESTMOVE relocation!!! They took 1050 in a deposit which they have not even offered to return due to their terrible service!! I also had to pay 1000 in Zelle at pickup and 2205 in cash at delivery. In total 4200 to have my things destroyed and not one of these people offered a refund or at best 50% return of my money. I am going to small claim court. I will add pictures on instagram and every site known to man about this company!! Their response below is scrap because sorry doesn’t cut it!!!
Unfortunately the movers contacted me and said they will not send a handyman. Are you guys going to send the handyman and have this fixed cause I haven’t heard that. Also I’m not threatening legal action I’m promising it if I am not compensated. I also did not receive my initial bill of lading and you only sent the final bill which I have proof of.
