As stated in the email I received in advance, I was waiting at home for the technician, but he never came. However, I only received an email saying that the work was completed. I didn't let anyone into my house. Was this work supposed to be done entirely outside the house? In any case, I couldn't understand what was happening.

I subscribed to the Bulex “Standard 24M” contract in February 2025 after the technician recommended it as the “more interesting option” instead of paying €309 for a regular boiler check. He clearly told me that by paying €224.21 for the contract, the visit would be covered.
A few weeks later, I was shocked to receive a separate invoice of €309.88, with no prior explanation, no quote, and no approval from my side. This brings the total to more than €530 for a basic boiler inspection — which is completely excessive and unjustified.
Even worse, I never received any proper communication before the final payment reminder. Only then did I learn that the visit supposedly wasn’t covered. This is unacceptable, especially for a company that claims to offer professional service.
I paid the bill to avoid penalties, but I now consider the contract misleading and the sales approach dishonest. I’ve requested cancellation and a refund, but if Bulex refuses, I will file a complaint with Test-Aankoop, the Belgian consumer protection service.
I strongly advise others to ask for everything in writing before accepting any contract with Bulex/Vaillant. Their commercial practices are anything but transparent.

No show again ??? really so bad to have fun with my time! Last year you made an appointment, I asked a day off from my work, waited from 8.00 am -18.00. No one showed, no one phoned to tell what's wrong with your no show!? No again, really unbelievable! Confirmed the appointment on 2 May few months ago, just changed and canceled suddenly?! Then finally made Today's appointment, I tried my best to ask for a impossible half day off and stayed at home till now , NO ONE SHOWS AGAIN???? really unbelievable such behavior to your client!!!!

Boiler repair services are notoriously bad in Brussels, but Bulex is beyond compare. It honestly feels more like a scam than a serious company. As others have mentioned, they just refuse to make the repair. They come once and do a quick "fix" and charge you hefty sums, but the boiler is left broken. When you call back the same day to flag that the problem is still not fixed, they lie that they will call you back for a follow up. But they never do. So after 3 weeks of no hot water, 5 calls to costumer service, 2 emails and nearly 300 euros lost, I finally gave up and called another company who fixed the issue in one day. Spare yourself the trouble, frustration and money and go somewhere else.

The technicians are friendly and knowledgeable. I would really recommend working with them.

I paid in Ocotber 2024 and they cancelled the apointment 3 times on the same date of the apointment with no explanation.

Shocking service! This is the second time this year we need to contact Bulex. First was for a warmte waterboiler that didn’t work after a few month of installation took over a month to have this resolved. Only after we found the country manager on LinkedIn and escalated. Now our warmte pump not working. Asked beginning of the week for intervention (can’t even get though to an agent as they obviously don’t have enough people in the call cyber to deal with the call volumes). Still heard nothing from them a week later, not even planned in the service. Absolutely shocking. Poor quality products are nd shocking service. We have sent thousands on this brand and it’s a huge regret!
The operation was smooth and the technician very competent, friendly, and helpful.
However, I am concerned and worried with the Bulex after-sale service because it seems that if there is a technical problem with the heater, Bulex does not have the parts anymore and I will have to replace the whole system.
