Incredible burger! The fries are fantastic, and the burgers are outstanding. Absolutely a 5-star experience, and I will certainly return. They use real beef patties, not the processed kind. Kudos to Burger Stop!

We ordered our food on the Uber Eats app, food came quicker than the estimated time, which is always a bonus! Food was still hot and looked great; we have two Angus beef burgers, two double Angus burgers, barbecue chicken wings and four bubblegum shakes! All food was fantastic Never have a problem from here the buy one get one free is a great deal.

The burgers didn’t taste great from this place, they use too much buttermilk and the prices were definitely unreasonable.

I have been using Burgerstop for a number of years and I can't fault their friendly service and I usually order by phone and pick up 10 to 15 minute later.

I like their chicken burger but now also order their Grand Beef. Good side options with chips of potato cakes or pineapple rings

Uber Eats App said driver was 2 minutes away, then order cancelled, rang the restaurant, guy on the phone said speak to Uber you'll get a refund. I said has the food been delivered, first it's yes, then it's no. Lazy service, lazy business

Won't order again, they blamed UBER, but the website says they close at 11pm. Its just gone 10pm on a Friday night. Terrible service. Lost a long term customer

Edit** Uber Eats are bad as well. No way of getting in touch and once an order is cancelled, you can't follow up. Won't be using them again, in turn I won't Use Uber for cabs now as well

Well this place has just lost a good customer. Maybe pick your phone up . And don't send promo codes that have expired. Expecting a 5 stare review all the same start off good let standards drop

Wow what a burger,
Chips are awesome burgers are amazing 5* will definitely visit again. Proper beef patty in their burgers no of this processed firmed burger.

Wish I could give it zero !!! Always missing items , this time it was my milkshake. I realised straight away and whistled the driver , he was only a few feet away , he came to turn around but sped off. I called the shop right away , to be told tough the driver must have stolen it and to take it up with deliveroo . The guy I spoken too kept putting the phone down on me . I told deliveroo and they said I CANT CLAIM IT BACK!! AVOID this shop , they don't deserve the job and I won't be using deliveroo ever again either. Apparently it's ok to just rip people off and steal money from paying customers now . Plus the burger was soggy as anything and the cheesy fires had next to no cheese and burnt fries at best . Absolutely vile .

Order was wrong and milkshake spilt all over, driver was asked not to open the bag but did so and stuck his sweaty head in the bag breathing all over the food, the drive reas rude, we have spent quite a bit of money here in the past and when I called the shop to let them know they were not interested, this order was never £60, and no good, driver tried to refuse to take it back, and we had to follow him down the road for him to take it back, will never order from here again

Nice (smallish) burger with nice fries. Pickles were tasty but at over £9 for burger, fries and a coke, made it very nice but pricey food.
So....nice food but overpriced.

The atmosphere and good food were relaxing. It was a pleasure to have dinner. Great food and staff. Great atmosphere.
