SCAM! FRAUD! FAKE! NOT REAL! THIEFS!

I had an extremely frustrating and concerning experience with Click2Book.
After completing a booking on February 2nd, 2026, I received only an agency reference number, no airline confirmation (PNR), no 13-digit e-ticket number, and no proof that any ticket was actually issued. No email confirmation, no text, no call. Despite this being an international itinerary involving multiple airlines, there was zero transparency.
I attempted to call customer service and was left on hold for over 1 hout 30 minutes with nothing but music playing. No agent ever answered. The company claims “24/7 support,” but in reality, there was no reachable support at all when it mattered.
I then had to email just to find out whether my card was even charged and whether my ticket existed, no response or whatsoever, something that should be automatic with any legitimate booking. The experience felt intentionally evasive and unprofessional.
If you value your time, money, and peace of mind, especially for international travel, I strongly recommend booking directly with an airline instead. This was stressful, unclear, and not worth the risk. A stupid and silly company indeed! THIEFS!

DO NOT!!!

DO NOT!!!! DO NOT BOOK!!!!!!!! I booked at flight for $720. After five hours I received an urgent call stating the flight was unavailable and they tried to charge me over $5,000 dollars!!!! I told them that was impossible they told me it was non refundable and tried to get a flight for $3,000. I had to fight tooth and nail for a one time exception but I also had to mark my card for a fraudulent charge because I didn't have it in there! This is INSANE!!!!!!!!! PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF.

Worst experience ever ! Never should have book a trip with that bad business

I spoke with your subordinate (by exemple Vance) last saturday. We agreed that your were suposed to call me back today.

As it’s now the end of the Day actually and had nothing from you at this Time, now I am going to talk about your business and the great service that you provide to me.

I will change my glasses if I want do business with you again. Also, I will need a recorder to listen very well what your employees are saying when they finalise the sale with a ton of options offered to me.

More seriously, I booked with a third party in the past and it’s the first time I got screwed like this.

Like almost the normal and ordinary people, read fastly all the small prints at the bottom of the email that you send to your customers, and was probably told in our telcon between you and us.

As I’m now 56 years old, I would never NEVER take a standby plane tickets. We are working hard for our money , and purchase another plane ticket at an very expensive price makes me mad at this.

I call this BAD business .

I had a very bad experience with…

I had a very bad experience with Click2Book. I booked a flight, and although my card showed a pending authorization, no payment was actually charged. Despite this, the company repeatedly pressured me to pay extra and even threatened further charges.

This behavior is unprofessional and misleading. I strongly advise anyone to avoid booking with Click2Book. Make sure to use reliable and trustworthy booking platforms instead.

Absolute Scam

Absolute Scam. You first find what looks like a good deal on their website. And they receive the payment, but don't send the flight confirmation. So then you get an email saying that your return flight is not avaliable and you have to pay more for some other flight that is not even the same one you booked. They end up saying high values to convince you to pick the cheapest change of flight. Do not be afraid of their blackmailing, just process the chargeback on your card.

Absolutely a scam

Absolutely a scam! I booked a flight and received a "booking receipt" email with a booking number and the flight information and the price I paid at the bottom. Then later I got an email saying to call them right away. The agent immediately started asking me if I would be willing to change dates or have a layover, and if I wasn't willing to change my flight, they were going to charge me nearly twice the amount! She kept saying that it was based on "seat availability" and that their terms & conditions clearly state that the price may change. The insisted that what I already paid was nonrefundable, and my only option was to take a different flight or pay more. I will have to do a chargeback on my card. DO NOT USE!

avoid, bait and switch scammers

tried the bait and switch as mentioned by many others, after saying that half my flights were booked and the return wasn't they "tried" rebooking me on different flights and giving the runaround on phone then magically when i said i only wanted my original flight and wasn't interested in their other options, they said i could have it for 6k more LOL scammers. this is why i always book with amex :)

also, on their site it says they refund by midnight, yet on the phone they say a different thing - do not buy. sadly it was too good to be true
