This company should be put in legal scrutiny

Lets not even talk about their services to deliver water on time, or answer to my emails. Now that I want to cancel my contract (I am done with their below average customer service), its been two weeks, no action has been taken.
I asked them for my contract ( took them more than 5 days ), it was my unsigned contract with eden springs ( they never informed me about the aquitition) .
Their employees Ivan Cruz Cordero , Rueda Marquez Isabel have responded with the line - the cancellation team will get in touch. two weeks no one has. Not to forget the 2 calls made to customer service, one answered and the other one again no support .
This company should be put in legal scrutiny

Culligan provides A NIGHTMARE service

Culligan provides A NIGHTMARE service. I made an order a month ago, haven't received it yet, however paid for it. Haven't reached them neither by phone or email. The only thing they do well is ignore their customers.

Extremely Poor Service and Unreliable Scheduling

I’ve been a customer of Culligan’s water delivery service multiple times over the past year, and my experience has been consistently frustrating. On several occasions, I’ve confirmed specific dates and time windows for bottled-water deliveries—only to spend the entire day at home waiting and never receive a single bottle. Not once did I get a courtesy call or notification to let me know the driver wouldn’t show up.

Most recently, I asked for the removal of our countertop water fountain more than a week ago. We scheduled the appointment between 9 AM and 2 PM—again, nobody ever arrived or reached out to reschedule.

When I contacted Culligan’s call center, agents did pick up but had no answers, offered no solutions, and simply left me stuck with the problem. Between the missed deliveries, the no-show removal appointment, and the non-existent follow-through from support, I can’t recommend Culligan’s services. I won’t be buying water from them again.

Judit was helpful when we had issues

Judit was extremely helpful when we were having issues with the machine and also when we were getting the technician to the house. There was a couple of times that the technician did not show, and Judit was quick to react, respond to my emails and sort out the new date.

Although the service to be able to speak to someone and then have these messages passed to the logistical side of things is slow. She made it a lot more bearable. Thanks.

HORRIBLE SERVICE

HORRIBLE SERVICE. The representative sold me a fridge model that they do not actually have; they delivered the (wrong) fridge 5 weeks later; I did not accept to take the fridge and I have been trying to cancel my contract and get a refund since. Customer support is clueless. Do not work with them.

We received incredible service and professional install

We received incredible, respectful service from Culligan. The installation was quick, thorough and professional. Due to our driveway, our original home installation (through another company) had to be cancelled, as they were unable to deliver the bottles of water. With Culligan, we had a dispenser installed to our waterline. It is amazing and the perfect decision for what we needed. Cristian was so respectful and took the time to detail everything before he left. Moreover, not a spec of dust could have been noted that he was here. Great install and the water tastes amazing for our area.

Been over a week since i signed up

Been over a week since i signed up, they were quick to get all info and money, but since have been silent, no response to two requests for contact via their website. I start to question their professionalism and honesty to be honest. Not a happy client.

Money trappers

Si no puedo dar ninguna estrella, sería aún mejor. por dónde empezar, los malos servicios al cliente o la falta de información interna entre el equipo o el retraso en la entrega, o la aplicación falsa con la que no puedes hacer nada, o las facturas que se pueden cobrar cuando quieran sin explicación o sin justificación.
Llamé para preguntar por qué me cobran 53 € por 4 botellas y ella me dijo que usé el "kit". Le dije bien cuánto costaba comprar una botella extra. Ella dijo 6,95 €. Le dije entonces por qué empezó con 53 €. para decirme que me han proporcionado cada mes 4 botellas pero he pagado 3 lo cual no es correcto, en el contrato no está nada claro!!!!
Luego me preguntó si podía colgar porque pasó 15 minutos al teléfono y su supervisor le pidió que atendiera al resto de los clientes. Le dije, bueno, también soy cliente, pero está bien, dame una hora, ¿cuándo me llamarás? Ella dijo: ¡No sé cuándo podré!
¡Tuve esto 3 veces en menos de un año!
Ojo no os dejéis engañar con su promoción, antes del contrato me aconsejó que tengo que tomar 3 botellas al mes ya que somos 2 y empezaron a enviarme 4 que es la cantidad correcta que no me aconsejó antes Firmo para 2 personas en casa solo para cobrarme después de terminar las 36 botellas que no alcanzan para 2.
Pagaría un poco más por una empresa más confiable que este lugar poco profesional.

If I can even give no star it would be even better. where to start from , the bad costumer services or the lack of information internally between the team or the delay of the delivery , or the fake app that you can do nothing though it , or the invoices that can be charged whenever they want without explanation or without justification.
I called to Ask why I'm charged 53€ for 4 bottles and she told me I used the" kit" I told her fine how much it cost to buy extra bottle she said 6,95€ I said then why 53€ she started to tell me that i have been provided each month 4 bottles but I paid 3 which is not correct, In the contract nothing is clear!!!!
Then she asked me if she can hang up cause she spend 15 mins on the phone and her supervisor ask her to attend the rest of the costumers !!!!! I said well I'm also a costumer but fine give a time when will you call me she said I don't know when I can !!!!
I had this 3 times in less than a year !
Be careful don't let them fool you with their promotion, before the contract she advised me I have to take 3 bottle per month as we are 2 and they started to send me 4 which it is the correct amount that she did not advise before signing for 2 persons at home only to charge me after finishing the 36 bottle which they are not enough for 2.
I would pay a bit more for more reliable company than this unprofessional place.
