I use both the electrolytes and the magnesium concentrate. Both products are awesome, make me feel great, and don’t have any BS ingredients (I don’t personally want flavourings, artificial sweeteners, or sugar in every drink). Also, the bottles make it super easy to dose.

Highly recommend

I’ve been drinking Oshun for over a year now and absolutely love it. I really like that it’s unflavoured (just slightly salty), I can just add it to whatever I’m already drinking - I actually really enjoy it with coffee. No weird sweetness, no artificial flavour, it’s way more versatile than other electrolyte drinks. Couldn’t recommend it enough!

Looking forward to trying their magnesium in my next order!

an unexpected benefit…

I’ve use the electrolytes a few times now. Biggest difference I see (experience?!) is that I pee way less when I do, which is a very pleasant, unexpected benefit.

Yes, it has a bit of a salty taste that takes a bit of getting used to but it’s not unpleasant and works well in a quite a few different drinks, an ice cold, Pepsi max with a dash of Oshun is really nice.

Simple, clean electrolytes that actually feel natural

I’ve been using Oshun daily for several months now, and it’s become one of those small habits that just fits easily into my routine.

It has a light, natural mineral taste (less intrusive than a pinch of salt in water), which makes sense for an electrolyte product. It’s clean and subtle, not sweet or artificially flavored like most sports drinks, which is exactly why I like it.

The pump is incredibly convenient. I start and end the day with a glass, and add a squirt or two to water throughout the day. A favorite is mixing it with sparkling water and lemon (a light Italian seltzer, Seltz al Limone), or even coffee or hot chocolate where a little salt actually enhances the flavor.

It feels simple and real, not like drinking something neon or sugary. I’m fairly active and use other hydration products for harder workouts, but adding Oshun to my everyday routine has made a noticeable difference in how I feel. Since using it consistently (along with their magnesium), I’ve had better hydration and noticeably better sleep, which is huge for me.

If you want clean electrolytes without sugar or artificial ingredients, this is a great option. I’ll definitely keep using it.

Totally love Oshun

Totally love Oshun and wouldn’t be without this product. It has helped me with my peri menopausal symptoms and I am sleeping better and getting less headaches. The team are always so helpful and communicative. I’ve recommended this to friends who are also hooked!

Why I love this stuff...

Why I love this stuff. Convenience. So simple and quick to use. Couple of pumps into ANY drink. Don't have to wait for a tablet or powder to dissolve. It's in liquid form so it mixes instantly and I know it's not full of artificial flavourings, only what I need...electrolytes. Water/Cordial/Juice/Coffee..it goes with anything, unlike other brands which you then have to have 'THAT' drink.

I notice a huge difference in my energy levels through the day. And when I wake up or after a workout...or just need to rehydrate, I add a quick couple pumps and done.

Yes a slight salty flavour, but like when cooking, I find it enhances the flavour of whatever drink I'm having. Even water tastes weird now if I don't have a bit of Oshun in it.

We also take the magnesium. With a baby it's really helped my wife and I to fall asleep much faster and deeper.

Highly recommend.

OSHUN has helped fix my dry skin.

OSHUN has helped with my hydration levels which has really helped my skin to not feel dry and uncomfortable in the cold weather. I’ve suffered with dry skin every winter for years. No amount of moisturiser ever seemed to help, but electrolytes seems to have made the difference! I’ve bought OSHUN both direct and from Amazon and it’s been great both times.

Strong salty taste

Its description is “no flavour” but only pumping the tiniest amount into water and it tastes like pure sea water, even when adding cordial. It is extremely overpriced for what it is and I am trying to give it a go to feel the benefits but when you’re pregnant and struggling with nausea and food aversions salt water is the last thing you want!

Wish I’d read the reviews before…

Wish I’d read the reviews before wasting my money, couldn’t get over the taste, it tastes so strongly that nothing masks it- I tried both the magnesium and electrolytes, horrific tasting health gimmick do not try!

Awful taste, overpriced nonsense

I really wanted to love this product, and had searched for an electrolyte which didn't contain citric acid (as I have been told by dentist it's bad for teeth).
Let me just say, this product tastes disgusting, it is undrinkable. There is absolutely no way that anybody can taste this and like the flavour. I tried it with lemon juice, diluted in 1.5 litres of water, so many methods, and nothing improved the taste. It is SO expensive, I am left very frustrated about wasting the money on this gimmick.

Love it

4 pumps in a 1.2L Stanley cup and it tastes great (not salty) and gives you all the electrolytes without any nasties or added flavours etc. I will buy again.

A scam, stolen culture, bad product, no science to back it all up

This company has appropriated black culture without any care whatsoever and is deleting and hiding anyone on social media who has called them out on it.

Oshun is a Yoruba religious figure. It is NOT for white men to take and shill their awful and really quite pointless products with to make a quick buck.

They also delete critical comments from their social media to make them look better and often have their own staff comment on the company page as if they were customers or people genuinely interested in the product.

Additionally, they state “clear skin, clear mind” all over their branding when they have absolutely zero literature to back up their claims. Their descriptions on product pages are deliberately vague which is also very shady imo.

This is a glorified supplement that 99% of don’t and will never need and the 1% are better off just saying their fruits and veggies instead of shilling out for an expensive product that supports two seemingly ignorant men.

This company is a total grift from top to bottom.

Expensive product tasting distinctly like salt

A rather expensive product marketed as tasteless and odourless. This is a misrepresentation. The product tastes like salt and adds salt flavor to anything you use it with. I am not going to be able to use it and I am quite disappointed to have wasted just under £30
