DX ??nothing but trouble from day 1.Ordered an oven from Appliance direct on 2 feb 2026. 3 days later I recieved a call from DX informing me that my oven had been damaged and being sent back to Appliance Direct.Contacted AD to tell them of the phone call from Dx.The i recieved an email telling me it had been delivered.Again i contacted AD and infromed them I had not recieved anything from D.So glad i have a cctv security system()with hard drive recording that covers the front of my Bungalow.On checking the recordings there was NO delivery from DX but recordings of Royal mail,Evri and Yodel deliveries on the day..Then I was told it was delivered to somebody called MAGENA!!!!! in Durham,which is 12 mile away from me. Surely they must have a system telling them where my post code is let alone my address...This "Issue"is not yet finished as im typing this and it looks like another phone call to be made tommorow (12th Feb 26)
We're told delivery being made on Tuesday they said we were not in even though we were and have got CCTV to prove they didn't come then told they were going to deliver the next day sent email saying its been delivered when it definitely hasn't again proof by CCTV worse delivery company ive ever experienced why marks and Spencer use them i don't know
The 2 gentlemen delivered my double mattress on time. They willingly carried it up to the required bedroom. They were so friendly, happy and extremely polite. They were Abeid and Mansoor. THANK YOU for your happiness and professionalism.

I was given a delivery time of 8.37 to 10.37 but they didn't actually arrive until after 12 nearly 2 hours late and not even a phone call or text explaining why, and because they are to lazy to walk up my foot path to my front door they cut across my neighbours garden and across my grass very unprofessional and they didn't even apologise for being late
The delivery was fast and the Two delivery men were very helpful and polite.

Delivery guys Tom and Abs were fabulous. They arrived on time and carried a very heavy piece of furniture in for me without being asked. Friendly and good natured. Will definitely use them again.
Failed to make delivery 3 different times. No communication received. I had to contact them to figure out what was happening. Felt like I was chasing my tail the entire time.
I will actively avoid any company's using DX to ship a product in future. Nothing is worth the headache that they cause.
On time. Nice lads. Just bugs me that they only deliver to your room of choice if everything stays in the box. In modern homes with stairs often impossible to do this but fine when take out of the box.
Pay £30 for 2 man delivery to deliver it into your kitchen for you to then take to the room of your choice!!!!
Mine came in 2 boxes so one was delivered into room intended. Had to sort the other one out myself.
Kept in touch, phoned if issues. Helped up stairs much appreciated. Excellent service

Communication before delivery was great with timeslot and updates well in advance. Once delivery arrived the crew of Hamza and Rana were polite professional and speedy, making sure to get the foods into my house safely and securely.
Although i’m happy with the delivery service, I am missing 3 long lengths of wood/ metal. I have contacted the supplier but wondered if they were left on the truck by mistake.
Two text updates received which confirmed the time slot the day before and morning of delivery. Our new unit was delivered within the window given. Delivery guys ( Mick & Jeff ) were very pleasant and accommodating when I wasn’t home and I asked them over the doorbell to find our builders in the garden to take the delivery for me.
I would say nicest delivery guys we have had for a long time.
