Excellent service

Two text updates received which confirmed timee slot the day before and morning of delivery. Mattress was delivered within the window given. Delivery chap was very pleasant and asked where we wanted it put which was nice given its weight. Cannot fault service.

Very disappointed with the flowers I…

Very disappointed with the flowers I ordered for my Mum's birthday. The bouquet arrived in full bloom & despite following all of the care instructions were lookng very sad, wilted & petals falling from roses in less than 48hrs I did bring this to the attention of Flying Flowers with a photo & was given a full refund which was appreciated but would have preferred that the gift was to the standard I expected

Super quick click and collect service

Super quick click and collect service. On collection from store I spotted a slightly different cardigan in the store and the staff were happy for me to exchange my purchase and still honour the 20% discount code that I'd used online. All very quick, polite and helpful service by staff at Cabot Circus store in Bristol

Delighted by quality of clothes and …

Delighted by quality of clothes and colours and style of fit very well represented on website. Unfortunately I found the sizing came up rather large so I had to return a lot of what I ordered but I will know this for next time. So on the whole a pretty positive first experience however after 14 days of waiting I have still not received a refund for clothes i had to return due to wrong sizing which is primary reason for scoring a 3. I think this is a unacceptable amount of time to have to wait.

Easy ordering process

Easy ordering process - rang me back straight after placing online to confirm and arrange delivery date. Mattress came within 48 hrs to specified room. Happy with whole process and mattress a great price - couldn't find anywhere nearly as cheap.

MGP V6 Pro Scooter purchase

My 12 yr old son was really pleased with his new scooter, looks great and seems good value for money considering the spec . The Scooter arrived next day as promised but the packaging was in very poor condition - hole in plastic packaging and box badly dented which was really dissapointing as a present - however I suspect a courier issue as not delivered until 8pm so had probably been on van all day!
