Very effective and Professional…

Very effective and Professional Company.Always keeping you up to date on the case process. Even after case was rejected twice they did not give up and managed to secure compensation for myself and spouse. I doubt we would have got a single penny if we had requested the airline directly. Keep up your good work :)

I have used them twice now to claim…

I have used them twice now to claim compensation for cancelled flights. Both times they have gotten the money from the airline in less than a month. Highly recommend!

Quick compensation

Very happy with the service esepcially how quick it was resolved. But it comes with a price. Not cheap, but efficient.

Got EUR 200 back from Ryanair after a cancelled flight due to a strike (after their fees, so they must have collected much more). Just an easy filing, and I would never had the stamina and patience to fight Ryanair on my own. Great service apparently with resources to make the airlines responsible.

AIrhjelp is a toal scam

This company sends the claim to the airline. If the airline accept the claim they are happy. But if the airline dont accept they just let the case lay there month after month until the customer gives up and max claim period has passsed. they are not using one minute on a lawyer on the case. The y never look into the case. They never answer emails from customers. Yas, Airhhjel, dont ask for the acse number, its, FN4050338. This company is a total scam.

Now, Flyhjelp claims this is due to weather condidtions in spite of Finnair refusing me to board an earlier flight from Oslo, and in spite of Flights departing as Normal when my orignial flight should have departed from Helsinki, and in spite of Helsinki Airport states in a news the same day that snow is normal in Helsinki and and they are always able to keep one runway open. I maintain my statement the Flyhjelp is a scam and are not even trying to do anything if the dont get the money right away.

Dette stemmer ikke. Når flyselskapet ikke aksepterer kravet vurderer vi alltid om vi kan vinne saken i retten. Da må vi vurdere om flyselskapet faktisk er pliktet til å betale kompensasjon.
Vi skjønner du er misfornøyd med at saken din ikke ble vunnet, men grunnen til flyforstyrrelsen på reisen din var svært dårlige værforhold på Helsinki flyplass når du skulle reise. Dette er regnet som en ekstraordinær omstendighet etter EU loven 261, og gjør dessverre at flyselskapet ikke plikter å betale kompensasjon da de ga deg en ombokning innenfor rimelig tid. Vi kan ikke vinne en sak når flyselskapet har opprettholdt sine forpliktelser ifølge lovverket.

Saken din ble åpnet hos oss i starten av desember og avsluttet nå i starten av Mars. Det har derfor kun tatt 3 måneder å behandle den. Foreldelsesfristen i Norge er på 3 år - så det stemmer ikke at vi har ventet til etter en såkalt "claim period".

Som lovet har vår tjeneste på din sak frem til nå vært gratis, i motsetning til hvis saken hadde gått gjennom en advokat. Du er velkommen til å sende oss en mail på [email protected] hvis du har spørsmål eller vil vite mer om EU 261.

Klm has yet to reply to my email ref compensation. Flyhjelp kept me informed from day one. It took some time to be paid out, but I am very happy with the service I received, well worth it! Thoroughly recommend them

First time I have tried this company and they solved my problem wich I was hopless.
I hade a case against the theif airline called [wizz air] and they solved it.
Recommend 100% the best.
