I was shipped meds too soon and , that I was not expecting. I did not realize I signed up for a subscription for shipments every eight weeks. I thought I was just doing eight weeks and then I would decide whether or not to get another eight weeks that was not very clear and I did not start the meds immediately when you sent them because it was over the holidays so I waited until January 4 which I told you and nobody adjusted the shipping schedule so backed up with meds. Last Fri night come home for a vacation to find meds sitting there for two days that I was not expecting. Tried to get it straightened out since last Friday and it has taken until today to finally to hopefully get my refund. I will decide.if I will be back or not. Probably not Because I felt like these meds were shoved down my throat and sent much earlier than needed. I appreciate the last ditch effort to save the business but I’m not sure what I would be doing going forward. The customer service makes a lot of promises, but then there is no action they tried, but I’m sure they come up against road blocks as well. All I wanted was my subscription ship date adjusted by one month to be pushed out and they wouldn’t do it so that is probably going to cost them my business. No flexibility whatsoever. Sad you are letting the computers run a business and not people with customer service skills.
There is always someone here to talk to and answer questions. Their response time goes from instantly to no more than 10 mins. Amazing! Nurses are helpful, professional and compassionate.
The amount I was told to take has not changed anything.I have actually gained weight and my appetite has increased. I was told I won’t see any results until amount of dosage is increased. I want my amount increased considering I’ve gained weight. I received two vials with a very small amount of 2.5 mg/ml each which is a rip off for the amount of money I paid. I asked for more dosage since I was advised no results would show until it was upped and was denied. They tell you to take 8 units which shows no results. Results are only shown after being given enough for 40-60 units which they do not provide you enough with. I paid $650 for a very small amount which is a rip off! I want my money back! You guys ripped me off!!
I would like to get my treatment plan updated to reflex this higher dosage of 40-60 units each week since that’s what expected to show a difference. Thank you.

Usually the 40-60 unit range is when you really start feeling the difference. You are on a very low dose. You can increase your dose per your plan every 2-3 weeks if tolerating to get quicker results rather than waiting the full 4 weeks between increases.

Hi, my name is Erin, and I'm a member of your Care Team. Thank you for following up with us.
I've reviewed your recent messages and your conversation with the provider. I understand you'd like to update your treatment plan to a higher dosage of 40-60 units per week, based on the information that this is when you might start to feel a more significant difference. It makes complete sense to want to adjust your plan to one that you feel will be most effective for you.
Since this involves changing your prescription, I have forwarded your request directly to your provider. They will review your entire conversation, your progress so far, and your request for a higher dose to determine the most appropriate and safe next steps for your treatment.

The prescriptions cannot be changed to this dose until you work through the titration that was provided.

The payment options are great. I also love all the great advice on the app. It is very reassuring that if I have questions, support is just a text away
I submitted a request for more information and to see if I would be approved for one of their products. I communicated with a doctor who did not officially approve me, however, I received a shipment notice for product. I did not order the product and have not received any product. They charged my credit card $175 without authorization. I waited on hold for 29 minutes today for customer service and no one came to the phone. I have submitted comments on Instagram with no response. I am disputing the charge on my credit card and I am reporting them to the Better Business Bureau. I’m done.
Have only been using for a couple of weeks so haven’t seen any results yet.
I am still having cravings and have only lost a couple of pounds.
I would highly recommend reading the fine print of the agreement for this product if you have any kind of reaction or if the product is not working for you, you do not have an option to cancel. You have to pay upfront for six month supply of medication if at any point that medication isn't working or you need to stop taking it due to side effects you are stuck with the six month supply. The only option that they give you to change to a different medication is about four times more than what you originally paid. Definitely doesn't seem very patient forward. It was a very expensive mistake on my end.
Good response to questions and follow up
I signed up for the 6 month GLP1 medication and never received it. I signed up on 1/13 and waited weeks and I kept getting the same message that it was being filled but it had that status for 2 weeks. Every text message I got said it was being filled but it never shipped. Finally canceled my subscription on 1/27/26. Got a message on here from Hers saying they wanted my info so they could contact me but when I responded I never heard from them.
Hers: I have included my order number and my name is Anna Noma. Please contact me for resolution of this matter. You should be able to pull up all my info with my order number.
I purchased the pill form of Wegovy. When I received my message about my rx at the pharmacy, it was not at all what I purchased. They were prescribing an antideprssant mixed with appetite suppressant. I immediately messaged my "provider" on the app, and the response said "Average wait time of 4 hours." Try 48 hours..then the response I received was they no longer sell that pill as of the day I bought it. So I requested a refund and have now waited another 2 days for a response. I worry I just wasted $850!!
I’m trying to connect with someone and I have not had any luck. I have left message or emailed in regards to a problem I’m having with my account being locked out due to the wrong information being entered. And no response
I have not lost any weight in 6 weeks. I have cut calories as well as the shot.

I have experienced excellent response to all my questions. I do wish I had better communication in why I am now getting my medicine every 8 weeks instead of every six months and that the vials would be so much bigger.

Easy to follow instructions, easy to reach providers when needed.

Scam. They didn’t even bother to check what I was trying to order. They sent me things that were dangerous drug interactions. When I asked for an alternative because I researched myself that these were not good together, they refunded my money and didn’t offer me an alternative. I would not trust the providers. And the customer service is all AI. So, good luck getting a human to help.
