Quick delivery. Product as described. When I saw the item was coming from US I was concerned about duty etc. But no problem, quicker than coming from Europe. Recommended.

They charged my bank twice for my order. They have no customer service number You must choose from a prescribed list of questions none of which meet your problem. The telephone number given is bogus. Stay away from this company

UPDATE - after my initial review, although there never was any issue with Fruugo as a platform, as it was related to my disappointing experience with a seller and the counterfeit product, I was happily surprised that customer service from the platform Fruugo has contacted me in relation to this. They took the matter serious. I am very satisfied with their initiative and approach, very polite and professional. Despite the initial experience, Fruugo turns out to be a responsible and reliable platform. Thank you.

The whole buying experience was consistent with the best internacional standards. I am usina the product. The results will only be known within the next few montes, by I trust it will be good.

Ordering was easy and the product is just what I needed. The logistics were a bit slow and CTT Portugal was not very reliable with the delivery

My order never arrived and it was meant to be a Christmas present from Santa. I emailed them but got no reply. When I go and check tracking it just says in transit. It was meant to arrive on the 23rd of December and still nothing.

Twice they have sent the wrong item. What I ordered was a replacement charger case for my Sony earbuds priced around €30. What they sent initially was a silicon cover for an Apple tag tracker. I queried this and they said they would replace it. This time they sent a silicon cover for another type of headphone case - but what I ordered is not a cover, it’s the actual charger case, and this is very clear in their product description. I queried it through the site again and they said it’s the correct item and closed the case, with no option to reply to them or anything. I can only assume there inventory management is in a complete mess, and customer service seems to be struggling as a result. If you’re thinking to buy from them, I advise to approach with extreme caution!!! If they read this and correct the situation, I’ll be happy to delete this review - I’m not the type of person that does the whole bad review thing generally but this service is entirely unacceptable so needs must.

We live on an unnamed road and our deliveries can turn into a nightmare. Not so this one. It was a couple of days out of the suggested delivery period, but arrived safe and sound. Well done.

Great product! In just 1 week I had a lot of results!!! My hair has increased considerably!!! I'm loving it! I highly recommend it to those who have little hair and dream of more hair!!!
