Good promotion, good products

I've ordered perfume from this store before and was very impressed. It came well-packed and I even received a small perfume vial as a gift. I am Asian, so they have the type of skincare I need as well. Plus, I love that many products often have great promotions. I don't think I'll shop anywhere else – I'm sticking with Notino as a loyal customer for sure!

Great Products, Fast Shipping

I ordered on Notino PT, fast delivery. I ordered Obagi products and had it authenticated, and also checked out the expiration date. The Obagi website allows you to scan their bar code on the packing for authenticity, the product pass, also the date haven't expired. I've used the product for sometime, but 1st time buying from Notino PT. I read other review, but I've had no issue, and will order again from Notino PT

Deception! You receive your item, the distribution and this store deceive you, I don't recommend it! I won't give you peace until I return my money!

They sent me the broken lipstick worth…

They sent me the broken lipstick worth 50 euros. And do not want to resolve it as I did not retain the box. Why should I keep the garbage at home?! to prove that I am not cheating or what?! Very dissapointed.

Repeatedly received damaged products and unhelpful service

I’ve ordered from Notino several times and, unfortunately, twice received damaged products.
The first time, an Erborian serum arrived with a completely broken bottle. Getting a refund turned into a long and unpleasant back-and-forth with customer service instead of a simple solution based on the photos I provided.

Recently it happened again: a Uriage micellar water arrived with a broken pump. I sent clear pictures, but instead of offering a refund or replacement, Notino insisted that I arrange a courier collection and send the product back – all this for an item that costs around 10 euros. I work full time on weekdays and simply cannot stay at home waiting for a courier because of their poor packaging or handling.

For an online store, this level of inflexibility and lack of basic customer care is really disappointing, especially when the same problem happens more than once. I will think twice before ordering from Notino again and would not recommend them to anyone who values their time and expects damaged items to be resolved quickly and fairly.
