I’ve used multiple stores with gempages. Actually, I don’t like how gempages slows down all the section and performance score, but I have to say its sections are incredible! Everything has 2 faces, and gempages is one of the best page builders I’ve tried. Highly recommend

From the initial consultation to the support provided throughout the process, they demonstrated expertise and dedication. I am beyond frustrated and completely appalled by the current state of your support. After nearly 4 years as a loyal customer, running 4 shops with your platform, I have never been treated so poorly. What once was a reliable and efficient service has now turned into a nightmare of delays, incompetence, and utter neglect.

Due to a critical error on Gempage’s part, my shopping cart button is completely missing, which means no one can place an order. This is an absolute catastrophe for my business! I contacted your support yesterday, asking for immediate assistance as this is a top-priority issue. Yet, after a staggering 24 hours, all I got was a ridiculously delayed collaborator request. Unacceptable! After providing the code, still no response. This is nothing short of disgraceful.

Your support used to resolve issues in 10 minutes a year ago—now I’m told I need to wait 48 hours for even a basic response? Meanwhile, I’m stuck wasting time explaining to every single customer why they can’t place orders because Gempage has failed miserably. This is not just frustrating, it’s crippling my business.

I’ve never encountered such appalling service with any other app. Your once-great support has turned into a complete joke.

today i had a bad and an horoble experience from the support team, after 3 days waiting for someone to help me about the Shop Pay Installments , they came to me and they told me to wait for technical support, i said ok no problem, after the whole day waiting and all my business is blocked, someone came to me and said you should check with the shopify support team, i said whaaaaat, i pay your app each month and i had a problem inside your app, and you don't have a solution for that, and you told me to check with shopify , you rightttt, shame on you,

my solution for that it's to Uninstall this app from all my shopify Stores, and for all my clients that used this app . don't use this app guys

I think GEMPAGES is a great app, and it's definitely worth the money, because they can handle even the most complex things, and if you find a technician out there, the minimum starting price is $30! And gempages' customer service is on call 24 hours a day, and their customer service staff are really friendly!

I have been using Gempages Builder for my online store, and I am beyond impressed with both the platform and the support team. Every time I've encountered an issue, their support team has been incredibly helpful, kind, and knowledgeable. They respond promptly and provide clear, effective solutions, making my experience seamless and stress-free.

GemPages is a powerful and versatile app that can build gorgeous webpages of different types (homepage, collections, product page, etc). They have a plethora of templates and elements to use as building blocks. We’re using a template for our product page, for example. It looks professionally made. You can also start from scratch. If you want to adjust your page you can change the various elements’ settings such as how many columns to divide it up into, whether or not to display it on mobile/tablet/desktop, setting up padding and margin on each side, border, corner radius, shadow, text options, width, height, what happens on hover, etc. Their templates are pleasant to the eye and if you use them will add a touch of professionalism to your store. They obviously have a very intelligent team developing their product, and also a very smart support team too. They are available to answer your questions and will do so with a great attitude! GemPages has a large collection of 3rd party apps that are pre-integrated and you just have to snap them into your page. But if you have a 3rd party app that they aren’t already integrated with you can use their Shopify App Element to embed it. This makes GemPages a hub for all of your store’s design and integration needs. GemPage’s support is TOP NOTCH! They will answer all of your questions and sometimes coordinate with 3rd party apps to assist with integration. They are very nice. We would like to thank Anthony, Annie, and Phoebe for troubleshooting our Vimeo video embed problem on Safari. Liam was awesome in coordinating with our other 3rd party apps to integrate with GemPages. He is nice. He showed us how to use the GemPages Shopify App element to add other 3rd party apps to a GemPages page. We did it incorrectly but he fixed it by telling us to choose "Add Block" and pick the 3rd party app. We’ve integrated Teeinblue as well as Tepo Product Options, both high quality Shopify 3rd party apps that we really recommend. He also used CSS to fix the spacing and font size of the tooltip that is shown upon mouse hover of a Tepo image swatch. Harry has a funny, nice personality, as evidenced by his insistence on leaving the last message - a polite or funny message. His use of animated gifs is also funny. Aside from this, he helped us fix the delete button problem in our cart and coordinated with his team to isolate the issue with the pricing and quantity bug in our cart. We now have a resolution. We will talk to the 3rd party developer of the app in question and ask them for assistance. If you want a professional looking page made by a team of super developers and backed by a friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful support team you NEED to use GemPages!!!

this web page builder is stratospheric!! beautiful in design, intuitive, modern and above all it offers you a thousand ways to build your web pages. But the thing that makes it unique is the assistance! they are fantastic.! Highly recommended for anyone looking for a page builder!
