Its the customer service that I found…

Its the customer service that I found exceptional! We had 2 of the scrolls, one did not work. I had asked about returning it and it was not a problem. I got my refund and it all was very easy. They were quick at answering all emails. Not sure why so many people had issues. My experience went so smoothly.

My experience was terrible

My experience was terrible. Terrible product terrible customer service. I wasn’t able to use the product it shorted out and caught fire. Tried to tell customer service and was told I would be sent a new one. After telling me I would receive a return label never heard back from them, and am unable to contact them again? Guess they put me on a do not contact list? I received it as a gift so it is not a loss on my end. I am not upset just very disappointed.

ordered my Glance got it pretty quick

ordered my Glance got it pretty quick . Set up is not nearly as easy as described. The things I wanted displayed never seemed to display . Just a bunch of things that I didn't want. Two days later it essential was bricked during an update ( you have no control over this) and has not worked since. Posted online for help and the actual owner started mocking me and insulting me . He does not allow anyone to discuss or post any issues with the product. Owner finally responded to an email and was very unprofessional and lied to me. The glance never worked as advertised ad iam stuck with a piece of junk . I do not recommend this product

Don’t buy a glance product …

I bought the glance led for my brother for Christmas off of Amazon. It would have been the perfect gift for him because he is such a sports fan and plays sports himself. Anyway two months later the product broke so we emailed glances support and they said mail it back for a new glance. One month later we have no glances or refund. I have all the emails, the ups tracking showing glances got it and now no emails back from support! Do Not buy from them. I’m a first year teacher and don’t have all this extra money to throw around and at 170.00 to not get a working product back or refund is horrible.

Unresponsive and Unprofessional – Avoid Glance LED

I had a terrible experience with Glance LED. I purchased directly from their website, but the product turned out to be disappointing by constantly disconnecting from my WiFi and never working properly.

When I reached out to their customer service for a refund and return instructions, they initially responded, asking me to prove my WiFi was on a 2.4 GHz network. I provided the proof immediately, but they have ignored every message since—no updates, no return instructions, nothing.

Glance LED has shown zero accountability and awful customer service.

I would strongly advise against purchasing from Glance LED. Their products failed to work, and their customer support failed to respond.

Avoid-Bad Product-Terrible Service

1. The product was poorly constructed using a 3d printer. It had holes and uneven bumps. Can't belive they shipped it for a $550 product.
2. Customer service is a nightmare trying to get a refund. I have been emailing them for 5 months to get a refund. Each time they say don't worry we'll submit the refund now and take care of it.
3. Please avoid.
