there IT system stopped sending order emails which i notified last year. promised to send the package last week and week went by and no sign of it.

Deceiving promises

Delivery 1-2 working days…says on their website…5 days after my purchase, still nothing, not even an email that the order has been shipped…I ordered diapers for my child, counting of course on the delivery days that the website promises…👍🏻😅 great service 😑

The worst company I have ever dealt…

The worst company I have ever dealt with. I ordered vitamins and got.an email that it left their warehouse to be with me in 3 to 5 working days. Email us if you don't receive a text or email. I emailed 4 times after 7 days. No response from them. I have been to the shop where they claimed item would be delivered twice no item there. Mind you this company states they will charge me 25 euros if item is not collected on time and returned to them. Sham sham. I am so upset with these company. Avoid by all means. I should have read reviews before ordering from them

Delays and bad customer service

No product, no reply..
I ordered juicer on Sunday, delivery is claimed to be in 2-4 working days, it’s Friday and my order hasn’t been even shipped.
I contacted customer service on Wednesday to ask why my order haven’t been shipped yet and why it states that you can use bring/posten for orders above 599nok and yet on my order for almost 5000nok I still haven’t had that option, there is only insta box delivery option. I asked them if it’s possible to change it as it’s not very convenient for me to use it living far away from the nearest pickup place. I didn’t get any response for neither of my questions, it’s Friday at 13:00, the phone calls are available until 14, and no one picks up the phone.
Terrible customer service and terrible customer experience in general. Don’t recommend.

0 is a great rating for this company. I bought a vitamin from them and they sent me that vitamin but with a much stronger dose. Due to health problems, I cannot use what they sent me. I kindly inform them that they sent me a vitamin but with a different composition and a stronger dose. They replied that they would check, and later informed me that their expert said that it was okay. I send them a picture of the order and a picture of the product they sent. After 7 days of unnecessary correspondence on e-mail, they barely write me a return slip for the vitamin to return their product. They took my time and I still haven't gotten my money back even though they got their product. Totally unprofessional and I would say irritating experience. There's no need to convince me of something I didn't order and pay for. After 7 days since they received the vitamin back, they still haven't refunded my money, and it's not a very cheap product. Total disaster from the company

My overall experience was very positive afterall

As we write bad reviews, I think we should also announce the good ones. A few days ago I wrote a bad review but today I received the product I ordered in a very nice package.
At first the courier lost my product on the way and I thought maybe the company didn't send the product to me.
Now I have to apologize publicly and thank Glimja for the service.

Unfortunate return/cancel policy and slow customer support

Warning: check other suppliers prices (Glimja has higher pricing) and check return policies before ordering here. Glimja has slow and poor support to cancel in time, and unfavorable return/cancellation policies. Additionally, ordering will create an instant Glimja account on your email without your consent, which you cannot delete.

Good experience but high Vimergy prices

My experience is a positive one. I have ordered many times from them,no complaints.
The only negative is that the prices on Vimergy products have increased a lot,some have double the price and some even more than double.
It feels a bit challenging lately to order the products I used to,is not a sustainable or reasonable price anymore.

In the future,I will probably order products, except Vimergy.

Terrible service

I have ordered twice from this company and on both occasions I had to chase my own order, it says on their website dispatch within two working days, 10 days later products are not being dispatched. I recommend to shop elsewhere, this company cannot be trusted! Avoid shopping with Glimja!

after 7days i have not had any update…

after 7days i have not had any update on my order, I tried to email them a few days ago, NO RESPONSE
tried there web chat, NO REPLY. When i ordered the website said my ordered would be delivered the next day. On there site my order has the status "possessing"
I don't mind waiting but the fact i cant get in touch with anyone and there customer service don't reply for 5 days is scary. now im half expecting them to have taken my money and never will ship my items.
dreading this is actually a scam site and not a legitimate business.

Five stars and a big thumbs up for Glimja!

I moved to Sweden 1.5 years ago and got hooked to the concept of Medical Medium which I wanted to try out in order to heal my thyroid levels naturally and not with Western medication. By following the MM protocol and being able to order the Vimergy supplements recommended by MM through Glimja, I have been able to reduce my levels to normal which is great! It's been a bliss to have an organisation in Sweden like Glimja which promotes and sells the products Medical Medium recommends so we can heal ourselves through food and supplements rather than only Western medication. For me 5 stars and a big thumbs up to Glimja!

False delivery times / Dissapointing Service

I made an order with them specifically as they are supposed to provide fast delivery in 3 days. My order after 4 days was still processing. I contacted them, and when they answered they said that the order won't even be here after 10 days of the order day, but basically it will take more than 2 weeks!!! It is so frustrating as I ordered these things for my sister who is sick and I could have ordered from Amazon, but the specific products had a faster delivery in Glimja. Now I have to order them from Amazon and lose more time, due to horrible customer service and false delivery times. I would caution everyone who is thinking of ordering anything from them. And also I have to wait for the refund for 1 to 3 business days, but let's see how long this will actually take in reality. Completely disappointed and lost so much time to a scam site like Glimja.
